Location is good and very near to Sarafa Bazaar. Staff is quite polite and helpful.

Need to improve on cleanliness as we found patches of algae on bathroom tiles and sofa was all dirty

Reception staff was very helpful, friendly and although there was a little of a language barrier, we just worked out everything very pleasantly. Check-in and payment are web-based which is very convenient, worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was served to the room and was tasty, I love Poha. The room was quiet, comfy and clean. Good size bathroom and excellent shower.

The place of environment is very cool at morning.. and the hotel breakfast was good... and location connecting near by all visiting ( tourist) places.

Only 2 blankets were provided despite asking for 3. It was a bit uneasy situation. Also parking is too small for a property with so many rooms.

The attitude of staff to make the customer comfortable even with limited resources!! I was more than willing to adjust around the few things that were not to my liking.

Parking the car on roadside when the impression I got while booking was that there is a parking space dedicated within hotel premises. Could be misunderstanding of the description at my end.
