the entire experience of the property was exceptional. All the rooms are villa/suite rooms making it extremely comfortable for a long stay. one of the best bathrooms I have seen in this category we booked suite with private pool, and it was just amazing. pool size was apt and balcony was quite spacious. food at the property was superb especially Indian food options good variety in breakfast. staff was really professional and humble. overall, it was a great choice and experience with the property highly recommended !!

It's a new hotel and had hardly any occupancy during our stay. Though the service, ambience, cleanliness was excellent but services like spa and saloon weren't fully activated. Also due to low occupancy buffet spread was not there in one of the 3 breakfasts we had and wasn't there for any of the dinners. Though Ala carte was great and chefs and service staff went out of the way to fulfill the gaps. Overall a great stay.

Location is pretty much interior from the highway and Google maps led us wrong way too. Approach road is not good as one has to go through a village.

Truly exceptional service from all the staff and a beautiful well sized room. The food is also superb especially dinner.

The gym was flooded so could not be used which was frustrating. Also the power kept cutting out briefly - this I understand and was no issue other than every time it did it turned the aircon back on in the room which I like to have off overnight. The constant on/off all night was frustrating.

The property was huge and beautiful. The peacocks roaming around was a bonus and the rooms were huge and clean and really accessible.

The service was not upto ITC standards. We faced multiple electricity cuts and the staff was not helpful at all.

Outside

AC is not working well , rooms r quite cold , use blower, there is gap in door , so wind is pass through it . No full mirror in the room so its difficult to dress up like saree or all dresses , plz arrang full mirror

Whatever we liked was totally put off by the security breaches in our rooms and money was stolen from our bags!

There was a major security breach in two of our suite rooms. It is absolutely shocking and disgusting to have experienced such a thing at an ITC property. In the first incident, one of the housekeeping staff members had accessed one of our rooms and a bag in that room was found in a mishandled condition. Although we could not ascertain any particular amount being stolen from that bag as there was some loose foreign currency in the same, but the occupant was convinced that a few currency notes had been stolen. Shockingly in the second incident, one of the room occupant's cash worth 96,000 was found missing from one of her bag, which she discovered upon unpacking after returning from the hotel. The Loss and Prevention Manager took the details of the incident, but has come up with no positive output. The overall experience has been put to shame by such activities at the hotel and the follow up has been pretty sub-standard. We have now been advised to file an FIR, and we have initiated necessary steps to try to get our stolen money recovered and also teach the culprits a much deserved lesson. We also used the hotel's cabs on our checkout and one of the drivers of the cabs was extremely rude and greedy, seeking extra money from us. We have traveled across the world and stayed at other ITC hotels as well, but this is the first such incident to have happened to us. Such harassment reflects very poorly on the Management of the hotel and we strongly recommend to avoid this property to anyone planning to visit Jaipur.
