Excellent staff especially Nandini and Akshat took care of us 24/7 with all our meals and other in-room service requests. They always delivered it with a bright smile on their face. The food was excellent, all the staff at every hotel within the property, treated us like royalty. The entire facility was cleaned regularly to make you feel like you are in a paradise. finally, during check out, the floor managers (Lalit Kumar) and the young lady (couldn't get her name), helped without the checkout and clarified you line items with customer centric approach in mind. There is nothing that we didnt like. But if I have to be picky, I would say, that if Leela palace had the facility for guests to dress up as local Rajasthani people and take pictures, it would have been great.

The Hotel had an impressive decor like a Leela property is expected to have. The Best part of the stay was the magnificent meal at the Mohan Mahal. The food and the service here was impeccable!!

The property was old.. and very worn out, the AC water was dripping all over the coffee shop during breakfast, the carpet in our Villa was mouldy & had a damp smell, the marble was badly stained in the bathroom & chipped in the stairs etc The service of the staff also left a lot to be desired. They did not seem to be very well trained especially at the Coffee shop. Staff at check in were also not very well informed and borderline impolite.

From the last so many years we were thinking to celebrate our anniversary in Jaipur. But, everytime we take a step back due to scorching heat in April. But after covering Mussoorie, Shimla, Ramnagar and nanital we finally decided to go to the Leela palace Jaipur. And to our surprise it was the best experience till date. It was not because of its beautiful architecture and design. But truly because of the kind of hospitality we reciprocated here. For that I really want to give my special thanks Nandini, Akshat and Supriya.

Because of extreme warm weather it’s not possible to visit this property in summer. You can open some branches in Uttrakhand area like Ramnagar, Mussoorie etc.

We loved the villa we got that had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool with 2 cabanas. It was large and comfortable and we enjoyed having meals in our villa. We had breakfast outdoors next to our private pool and it felt very magical. Our assigned butler was also very good and responsive. The F&B Manager also gave us a tour of the hotel which we enjoyed getting about the hotel. I also enjoyed doing a yoga class on the lawn in the morning - which was provided by the hotel! Also worth trying Mohan Mahal - the very special restaurant lit by candles!

I felt there were some lapses in the service - for example, the check in process could be more streamlined - for example, I had multiple phone calls from the hotel before my check-in, also at check-in, they asked me for my phone number which thought was redundant.

This is an incredible hotel and you definitely get the five star treatment. Our room was beautiful and large and we very much felt it was a luxury experience. We ate in the Mohan Mahal one night which was incredible and would definitely recommend. We were also lucky to be surprised with an impromptu anniversary party to celebrate the hotel being open for four years.

The only negative of the room is that the mattresses definitely need changing as they had large dips in them. It's worth noting that the hotel is a little outside of the centre of Jaipur, but that's not exactly their fault so not a negative against them.

Our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A special mention to Sandeep, our driver, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. His safe driving made us feel completely at ease, and he went above and beyond to ensure our journeys were smooth and comfortable. More than just a driver, Sandeep made us feel like family, always looking out for us and ensuring we had the best experience. Nawal, our tour guide, was outstanding. His knowledge of Jaipur was remarkable, and he patiently allowed us all the time we needed to take photos. He even captured some stunning shots for us. He took us to the best spots, making sure we had the most authentic and memorable experience. Vasu, from concierge services, was always available whenever we needed assistance. He carefully planned our outings, ensuring everything was seamless. His understanding and attention to detail made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with top-notch housekeeping that kept everything pristine. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The entire Leela Palace team made us feel like family, making our stay even more special. And the food – absolutely amazing. Every restaurant was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. If you get the chance, I highly recommend experiencing Mohan Mahal (subject to availability) – an unforgettable dining experience. However, the buffet area was just as spectacular, with a fantastic variety of food. We feel so fortunate to have stumbled across this gem of a hotel, and we will definitely be returning soon. Leela Palace Jaipur truly offers a luxurious, royal experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A massive thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so special – we can’t wait to return!

The warm welcome makes you feel special with petals showering down upon you. The check in was very smooth The front desk staff, made sure the room arrangements are done according to your needs, yes you do get a call from the hotel before your check in date. We were assigned a personal butler service, Sudeshna made sure to be in touch with us all the time catering to your needs, as I was traveling with my pregnant wife. Very simple sort out menu, yet delicious right on flavours, makes you feel no else than home food. It was a great stay with no grudges at all. A must visit always when in jaipur planning for leisure with family.

Fabulous property - Tasteful, world class decor, with heritage Indian character, decor, architecture. A sight to behold and experience. Aesthetically pleasing at every corner, and angle. Before I even mention the hotel, I would like to wholeheartedly say that whenever I think of Jaipur after this trip, I will remember Mr.Sandeep, the hotel chauffeur — who truly was one of the best aspects of my trip. Through him we experienced the kindness, vibrance, respect, and warmth and generosity of the Rajasthani people. I wish him all the best! As for the Leela Palace in particular, The rooms are incredibly spacious with meticulous attention to detail, and the response time from the front desk and housekeeping is commendable to say the least. The variety at the breakfast buffet and overall care for guests as well as the efforts to ensure people get a taste of rajasthani culture during the stay was a very special part of my trip!
