From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel truly special. The level of hospitality at Le Méridien Jaipur is beyond what we could have imagined — every single staff member was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. We would especially like to mention three individuals who made our stay even more memorable: • Himank at the reception, who greeted us with heartfelt warmth and took a personal interest in our experiences. He even shared stories of his own and created a truly welcoming atmosphere every time we passed the front desk. • Aayush, who thoughtfully prepared food and water for our journey back to Delhi. His kindness and attention to detail were deeply appreciated and showed how much care the team puts into every guest’s comfort. • And Shreya from the restaurant staff — a young woman whose energy, friendliness, and passion for her work truly stood out. It was clear that she loves what she does, and her genuine smile and attentiveness made every meal even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with peaceful music playing in the lobby and occasional live music performances. It offers everything from a relaxing pool area to a fully equipped gym. Another highlight was the buffet: generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will find plenty to love, and the chefs and servers often remembered our preferences — a personal touch that meant a lot. At check-out, we even received a thoughtful farewell gift and a lunchbox for the road — just one more example of how the hotel goes above and beyond. This was far more than a hotel stay — it was a truly special experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Le Méridien Jaipur and thank the wonderful staff for their care and warmth.

Stayed at Meridian Jaipur and had a fantastic experience. The food was consistently delicious, with plenty of variety, and the team even surprised us with thoughtful complimentary treats. Staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive from check-in to check-out, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and refreshed daily. We also had beautiful décor arranged for our occasion, which added a special, welcoming touch to the stay. Overall, warm hospitality, great food, and very clean rooms—highly recommended!

Property is quite good but a horrible experience with Booking.Com My booking was with breakfast at the time of booking but when I checked in it was known that breakfast is not included. Customer service is really bed..I was on call with Booking.com for more than an hour but ended up with no solution. Would not recommend Booking.com in future Also, in my case price that I booked was way higher then other websites rates. Pl do compare. Shitty services from Booking.com

Really good layout & facilities in the property with amazing food and exceptionally great team. Particularly we would like to mention about Mr Manish at Reception who made our checkin, checkout & room decor for birthday setup really great. Ms Nikita, Ms Madhurima and Mr Rohit services in F&B Dining area were too good particularly they specially made Dal Bati Choorma specially for us in next day breakfast menu. And the entire breakfast with our special request dish taste we still can’t forgot. We would really like to visit here again.

The hotel is an oasis and we were upgraded for free. The staff was very polite and tried to accomodate our needs, especialy the dietary as the dinner consisted mostly of spicy Indian food so we were offered the option to select from the menu. The hotel souvenir shop has good quality products at reasonable prices and is highly recommended. The villa we stayed in has a spacy marble bathroom with a shower and a bathtub as well as a nice ambience which attributes a 'home' feeling to the stay.

We could not exchange currency and the shortest currency exchange office is 15 kilometres away. The pillows were probably of polyester so they were rather warm, considering the high temperature in India.

Incredible experience with this team extraordinary team that goes above and beyond to take care of their guests. They really think like “your guest is God.” Food & Beverage: I was served like a queen by Nikita, Abishek, Naveen, Lalit, Madhureema, Dixit. Reception: I felt very welcomed by Subhashree, Ramkrishna, Arun, Apruv, Nandkishor, Sumit, Sayar mal. The place is absolutely well taken care of by Mahima from the house keeping department.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Méridien Jaipur. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were warm and attentive. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained.

Nothing major—everything was generally smooth. A few areas could use a bit of refreshing, but it didn’t affect our experience.

Gym guy is was rude, I think in India if a gym trained build there body they start thinking that they are Salman Khan, as a 5 star hotel gym instructor should speak politely to the guests. Thanks Vijay

Staff behaviour, delicious breakfast, location,music during breakfast.

Some packets like one packet cashew,one packet almost,and two packets,black fantasy biscuit was kept in room.we thought that these packets are complimentary with this room and consumed because there are not gave any information regarding this by hotel management during check in and charged for these packets multiple time.That was unfair.

All the staff including the managers were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. But in particular Shreya made us feel really welcomed and special. Never have we been treated this good by every staff member from housekeeping to chefs, to waiting staff to reception, … Big thanks and appreciation for all the staff!
