The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior that exudes elegance at every turn. The main entrance door alone is a remarkable feature that sets the tone for the entire property. We stayed for four nights, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional—our room was comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The hotel’s design was visually appealing in every corner, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which added a luxurious touch to the experience, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Overall the stay was amazing. The rooms and the whole hotel was very traditional which allowed us to feel a part of the place. The bed was large and very comfortable and also played a part in tradition with frills. The breakfast was buffet styled and had a variety of choices including Indian and English styled food. The hotel also provided us with small items in the hygienic bathroom for the shower.

The only thing that we found a problem with was that we had booked three rooms and one of these rooms were on a different floor than the other two which meant that we had to split the family up. However the receptionist gave us the option to swap the single room up the next day but unfortunately we only were staying for one day.

While booking it, I was a little doubtful as I read few negative reviews about it. However, my intuition held me and I booked it. And, then, everything was so wonderful there... be it main door at the enterance, reception area, restaurant decor, room decor and even the bathroom size. I also liked the buffet breakfast menu as it was very well spread. Also, they change few dishes everyday which is nice. Overall, yummy breakfast and a confortable stay at pretty property. For me, it is worth the spends :-)

It was all good there, except the outside ambience and small parking space.

We had a king sized double bed, however the bed had 2 single bed mattresses joined, which eventually created a gap in between, creating discomfort for our 3 year-old. Also the staff did not clean the room on request, stating they cannot clean the room on the same day of check-in which is weird and can only do it the next day.

Like the traditional ambience

I have asked for a complimentary cake for my Father's birthday but they asked for money which I haven't seen anywhere else. They should have done something to make him feel special.

Clean as advertised, modern fixtures. Very good dining and breakfast buffet. Service was excellent. The property has 2 swimming pools both clean and well maintained all around. Don’t forget to take a million pictures, they did so well in thoughtfully adding so much cultural heritage into their design.

Great place. The property is great. We had fun staying there. The swimming pools were good, and there were a lot of games available to play.

The service around the pool seemed a bit slow in the evening. The menu does mention a 30mins wait which seemed on the higher side.

It was very comfortable stay , they could manage a super early check in and late check out .. which really saved us after hectic journey to get there . Rooms were well maintained.

If the restaurant could have been open late night for room service.As no food service after 11 pm.

The bidet in our hotel room’s washroom was leaking profusely, causing a mess, and the ironing stand was in bad condition.

Their taxi provider is kind of rude guy. You should avoid to book taxi from hotel. I heard the cab owner shouting on taxi driver for helping us out with change in day plan without actually adding extra km to them. About which i felt bad.
