This property is mentioned for luxury wedding and mostly you find it crowded with wedding guest. Wedding leads to closer of various essential facilities for in house guests like us so you get stuck to room and can not expect quiet stay. Pool, lobby, restaurant etc was reserved for wedding making it difficult for other guests who come for peaceful stay enjoying wk end. So check before booking carefully and ask if they have any or multiple wedding. Property has all luxury but hardly any green area. Their main focus is wedding.

The driver didn't want to take us to the market he said it was risky and and proffered to take us to do our shopping at some art place which was pricey ... kept wanting to take us to the elephant sanctuary

I visited this property with my wife and to both our surprises we loved it way more than we thought we would. Starting from the phenomenal architecture and the warm welcome with dhol and shower of roses to extremely well behaved and generous staff and management, this property is all you need to experience Rajasthani hospitality. I will specially want to thank Albin who was our bartender for 3 straight days every time we were at the bar/lounge area, he made the cocktails and the experience both worth it. Such a distinguished gentleman he was and made our stay feel like home. Not to forget Haseen who gave us a grand welcome at the gate, Shivani and Anuj made our restaurant experience 10 times better. And Yogesh from Zarin made the best Japenese cocktails. The entire Fairmont team made sure our stay was nothing less than perfection. Property is clean and well maintained and the rooms are serviced well. With an ethereal view of Aravalli this property is a must visit.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality and friendly smiles. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views. The food across the property—from the buffet to the Zola restaurant—was consistently excellent, with the team happily accommodating our special requests. The high tea experience was a delightful surprise, featuring local performances like traditional dance and puppet shows, paired with delicious snacks. A special thanks to Aditya, our dedicated host, who was incredibly attentive and just a message away. He went above and beyond—from helping us book spa appointments and special dinners to organizing a surprise birthday cake-cutting for my mom. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hasheem, who gave us a lovely tour of the hotel. His knowledge and warmth made it a memorable experience. Every team member—from reception to the dining staff—was outstanding. The welcome drummers and the live singer at the entrance set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a truly "Jaipury" experience. We’re already looking forward to returning. Personalized touch in catering to guestes was missing . Found it a little more professional oriented than other Premium Stays . @ ITC we had servers , staff , all staff helping our kids, us at every turn going out of way to make stay more enjoyable and arranging services over and above . But here @ Fairmount while no issue and all amazing staff were more professional and not as concerned with kids stays etc. JUST missing personalized touch in serving the guests which was found elsewhere.

We booked two adjoining rooms as a family of four for our stay at Fairmont,in December 2024 for a Jaipur family trip, celebrating my husband's birthday on 25th Dec. Being discerning travelers who enjoy vacation properties that offer a perfect combination of superb hospitality, cultural charm, ambiance and modern comfort ameneties, we rank this hotel a great stay! Our rooms were spacious & lovely, with unique architectural features in both the room & bathroom. Comfortable, plush king sized beds and quite environment was great for a good night's rest after exploring Jaipur! Afreen Rahman, Front Office Ambassador, did an outstanding job coordinating with me and creating an awesome memorable experience - taking care of all the little details -room's special occasion decor& refreshments, a much appreciated special memento for the occasion and a celebration cake! The Zoya staff, specifiacally the young man who served us that night made our dinner experience memorable!.. the food was flavourful and service excellent!..the sword cutting of the cake was an added unique birthday experience! Overall an enjoyable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Jaipur for 3 nights during Diwali, and it was an unforgettable experience. As this was my first time staying with Fairmont, I was initially torn between the Leela Palace and Fairmont, given that this is Fairmont’s only property in India. However, from the moment we arrived, Fairmont Jaipur exceeded every expectation I had. The hotel is magnificent, and from the warm, traditional welcome to the unique evening ritual and the enchanting Shaam-e-Khaas, everything felt truly special. The food was exceptional, and I had the chance to dine at all three of their restaurants—Zarin, Zoya, and Zia. Each offered a distinct ambiance and culinary experience, making every meal memorable. A big part of what made our stay exceptional was the warm and caring staff. They made us feel at home from the very start, as if we’d known them for years. I would like to give a special mention to Niddhish, a new team member who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His dedication and responsiveness were remarkable—sometimes I was genuinely surprised at how he managed it all with such ease and kindness. He is a true gem, and we wish him the best!

Fantastic setting, service was excellent and breakfast/food options were better than most hotels in India. The complimentary afternoon tea was an added bonus. The surprise birthday cake in my room was an unexpected and delicious surprise 👌🏼 All staff were highly attentive, with special mention to Afreen, for the birthday card and the take home gift.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it was a fantastic experience overall… The only thing I can think of, is that I wish that the beautiful hotel pool was heated. Other than that, a perfect experience.
