Our stay at Fairmont Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we made our booking until the very last second we left the hotel, we were taken care of with the utmost warmth and hospitality. A special mention to Manali Adwani, who ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless. Her courteous and professional demeanor made us feel truly valued as guests. The property itself is breathtaking, with its grand architecture and regal interiors that perfectly capture the essence of Rajasthan. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and eager to make our experience memorable. We booked two adjoining rooms as a family of four for our stay at Fairmont,in December 2024 for a Jaipur family trip, celebrating my husband's birthday on 25th Dec. Being discerning travelers who enjoy vacation properties that offer a perfect combination of superb hospitality, cultural charm, ambiance and modern comfort ameneties, we rank this hotel a great stay! Our rooms were spacious & lovely, with unique architectural features in both the room & bathroom. Comfortable, plush king sized beds and quite environment was great for a good night's rest after exploring Jaipur! Afreen Rahman, Front Office Ambassador, did an outstanding job coordinating with me and creating an awesome memorable experience - taking care of all the little details -room's special occasion decor& refreshments, a much appreciated special memento for the occasion and a celebration cake! The Zoya staff, specifiacally the young man who served us that night made our dinner experience memorable!.. the food was flavourful and service excellent!..the sword cutting of the cake was an added unique birthday experience! Overall an enjoyable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Jaipur for 3 nights during Diwali, and it was an unforgettable experience. As this was my first time staying with Fairmont, I was initially torn between the Leela Palace and Fairmont, given that this is Fairmont’s only property in India. However, from the moment we arrived, Fairmont Jaipur exceeded every expectation I had. The hotel is magnificent, and from the warm, traditional welcome to the unique evening ritual and the enchanting Shaam-e-Khaas, everything felt truly special. The food was exceptional, and I had the chance to dine at all three of their restaurants—Zarin, Zoya, and Zia. Each offered a distinct ambiance and culinary experience, making every meal memorable. A big part of what made our stay exceptional was the warm and caring staff. They made us feel at home from the very start, as if we’d known them for years. I would like to give a special mention to Niddhish, a new team member who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His dedication and responsiveness were remarkable—sometimes I was genuinely surprised at how he managed it all with such ease and kindness. He is a true gem, and we wish him the best!

Fantastic setting, service was excellent and breakfast/food options were better than most hotels in India. The complimentary afternoon tea was an added bonus. The surprise birthday cake in my room was an unexpected and delicious surprise 👌🏼 All staff were highly attentive, with special mention to Afreen, for the birthday card and the take home gift.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it was a fantastic experience overall… The only thing I can think of, is that I wish that the beautiful hotel pool was heated. Other than that, a perfect experience.

The rooms were fantastic in size and beautiful well appointed luxurious bathrooms as well! Loved the breakfast ! Not only the sheer variety but the quality as well! Ice cream counter for breakfast buffet? Why not? The local Rajasthani food on the menu was superb. Prefer it over the oriental fare. The staff made it special. They were super attentive and made the experience premium

A girlfriend and I stayed at The Fairmont for 2 nights and had the most beautiful time. The hotel is exquisite and the staff are incredible; the hotel's ambition is for guests to have lasting memories during their stay and they over delivered on this promise for sure! From the very grand entrance (being showered by rose petals from above!), the staff* who made us feel like royalty, the beautiful tradition of lighting the lanterns at sunset, the incredible attention to detail in every room and the phenomenal food! This was certainly a stay to remember and we both hope to come back to The Fairmont Jaipur again sometime soon. *To name a few: Shinaz, the F&B manager, Surendra Sharma, the Assistant Manager concierge who helped to arrange our onward travel to Agra/The Taj Mahal, Sandeep the young bar tender who clearly loved his job, Diwaka in housekeeping who was attentive to our needs and treated us as royalty and the entire F&B team who carefully catered to my friend's allergies.

Amazing place, staff and hospitality. The hotel itself is immaculate and attended meticulously from the inside decor to the outside grounds. They welcome you into the hotel with an unforgettable experience from the very start. Guests are treated like royalty and provided with personal accommodations. The Gold Level rooms are ridiculously nice. All of the staff are kind and helpful, plus the food is some of the best dining I've ever had. I spent most of my time in Jaipur around the hotel because it's such an awesome place.

There's really nothing negative to say about the Fairmont Jaipur. The only problem was the excessive heat during my trip, but I still spent time outdoors under the umbrellas. The city itself is a bit far away but the hotel is in a very safe area.

Don’t compromise on your regular guests in Lieu of your event / Wedding guest. Felt ignored and like we didn’t pay price forour stay. No egg or english breakfast ( sausages etc ) served in morning in a 5 Star plus property due to wedding guests. My kids wanted to enjoy vacation in pool but pool was also closed for wedding Little disappointed this time

Everything was exceptional about this property including the food which tastes heavenly and the ambience is nothing less than a palace,I felt like a queen staying in this hotel,the entire staff were very helpful and gave all the information we asked for,our welcome to the hotel felt like coming to our own palace,it was a great experience all together

The location of this hotel is very far from Jaipur city,its around 1hr from the main city and its very difficult to get Uber/Ola from this location
