The hotel is very much suitable for a family travellers and it is cleaned inside the hotel area and feels comfortable. The view from the room is not sufficient, but from the roof and the dining space the view is excellent.. Nahargarh Fort is visible from the dining space on the top floor. I liked very much the behaviour of the hotel staff and the owner of the hotel behaved as a friend. I recommend everyone travelling with family for availing the hotel with safety and security.

Hand wash and shampoo could be provided. Slippers could be provided for every members specially in the cold season.

I really liked the rooftop, which offered a clear and magnificent view of Nahargarh Fort. The location was quiet, with no traffic noise—just the sounds of guests chatting and children playing and flying kites nearby. It was engaging to watch the kite fights and experience the enthusiasm and joy. The Wi-Fi connection was good on the rooftop but not as reliable in the room.

Although the ambiance and cleanliness were good, the food in the cafeteria could have been better. The paneer paratha barely had any paneer and was priced at twice the market rate. Additionally, the cafeteria bathroom could have been cleaner, and they should provide soap in the toilet for hand washing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NAHARGARH PALACE HOTEL, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The owner, was also hands-on and genuinely invested in the experience of every guest. It’s clear that they prioritize both service and hospitality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and full of charming details that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at NAHARGARH PALACE HOTEL was outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future!

This hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing.every place to visit is close by.i stayed here for 2 days. One day we stayed in delux room the next day. Our train was at 8.00pm so they gave us a domitory room they charged 250 rs for it. Which was very economical.the staff here is very good and friendly nature. The special thing about this hotel is its rooftop restaurant.

Well everything was right but the auto Drivers from the railway station do not bring the passengers to the hotel. May be they get commission on other hotels

The location of the hotel was great with a view of the fort, the rooftop was nice to sit for breakfast or in the evening with a drink. The value was pretty good. Room slept 3 adults comfortably, with a double bed and single bed. Staff were friendly and helpful arranging transport. Breakfast is included with the room. The evening meal was good, lots of options and value for money.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been, there was someone’s old slippers under the bed, and unusual to have bars on the balcony at a hotel. The manager was helpful however, encouraged we used the transport through them which was a little overpriced and didn’t feel we were getting the best deal, more them making money from us. The included breakfast menu has only a few options which could be improved.

I am really thankful to the hotel for providing an early check-in as early as 7:00 am. Staff were super friendly, especially troubled Gagan many times during our stay, he was always helpful. Accommodated as early, allowed us to enter very late in the night after the gate was closed. The view of Nahargarh fort from the room was amazing. Good food options, We loved walking down from Nahargarh fort to the hotel, can't explain the scenic beauty of that walk. Kept whole lot of out luggages safely. The hot water and AC was working too.

The hotel was undergoing some construction, the room was very dusty when we arrived,(may be due to very early check-in) and the terrace cafe was closed due to that. The taxi was reluctant to come all the way to the hotel entrance as it is narrow, had to walk 40 meters with all luggage when we arrived (better to take an autorickshaw when you come)

Great spot a little out from the hustle and noise of the centre but close enough to walk around and explore. We loved being able to walk to the Nahargarh Fort and get above the city.

Do not use the laundry facilities. Very expensive rates & we received our items back dirtier than we’d sent them. Was able to negotiate at checkout, but still unhappy with the service and price. Heaters in rooms cost extra to “rent” per night. 200rupees was the price we were charged per night for the very necessary service!! Restaurant is underwhelming, so many good places in a 20min walk. I’d probably not bother with eating there.

Well fair says, Jaipur is one big slum anyhow, so location is as good as possible -> near to fortress, quiet room, well tided hotel. Very good large garage with excellent entry, really nice bonus. There is restaurant on top floor, not good, not bad, just average. But for sitting with bear is very good - beautifull view and no hard smell (rare in india). It is not 4 star as in europe, but better 4 star that in other place. They can do you laundry if needed, good service.

Nothing particular, maybe expecting better English from staff.

The best thing about the hotel is that they prepare wonderful food together with a very good attitude. They welcomed us with a masala tea as we settle down. That was already sweet of them. The food was preparing quite fast and fresh. Oh. Another thing is that the location is next to the nahargarh palace so you can just simply take a walk up there in the morning or afternoon for sunrise and sunset. Oh, the room is large and comfortable, clean. They have a super great terrace on top so you can sit there for tea, breakfast or dinner with great views to the palace. We love it!

Also its location is a bit far from the center and you have to pass through old, bumby road that would bother you at first. We stay during their renovation so the whole place smells of paints and construction dust. Also the lift was not ready so you need to carry your luggages all the way up. But i'm sure when its done, you will be happy to be there.
