Great location, supportive staff. Food was delicious. Totally worth every penny..

Great and friendly staff who helped us with all our needs. Lovely place and beautiful rooms. Pool was also nice. The rooftop restaurant had yummy food and cozy vibes. Unfortunately the actual roof top was closed due to construction, but the 3rd floor restaurant was still a nice replacement. Would definitely come back if we are going back to Jaisalmer in the future.

They arranged a desert safari for us which honestly could have been better and more value for the money. We had a great time tho and the staff working at the safari were great. Just not exactly as described.

The room was clean and comfortable with a hot water shower and aircon. The pool was refreshing. We did plan a camel safari plan a with Malik. It was an AMAZING experience. The camels were lovely and docile. We chose to sleep under the stars and the view was spectacular. We saw loads of shooting stars as well as the Milky Way. Malik and Ghulam, the camel herder, managed to cook us a decent dinner and breakfast on an open fire. There was no luxury about this experience but it was one I’ll never forget. Back at the hotel, we had an evening bus journey and Malik and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They let us have a room whilst we were waiting past checkout and they even walked us to the bus stand to check that we got on the bus safely.

We loved Tokyo Palace. We had a deluxe king room and it was awesome. So spacious and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed several dinners there - the food was delicious. The pool wasn’t really for for swimming but it wasn’t a big problem as it was a little cooler. Just a shame that the room we booked said it had a bath which was one of the main reasons we wanted that deluxe room. However when we checked in we were advised that the how had no rooms with baths. We believe they should update their online information as this is quite misleading - a bath was important to me and we missed out. But apart from that we did love this property which was in an excellent location, an easy walk to the fort, the lake and around the town and a fantastic rooftop terrace.

Such a comfortable place to stay especially as I was quite sick for a day. They helped me to get the medicine I needed and checked on me when they hadn’t seen me during the day The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They also ensured I got to my train on time The pool was clean and refreshing and there was a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant Great value for money

Location was perfect for getting a bus the next day as it's a 2 minutes walk. The fort is ten mins away - everything is walkable in Jaisalmer Staff all good - they sorted me same day laundry and are very attentive. Rooftop is great as is the food

Water gets turned off, pool is filthy and pointless and there was noisy works all day (although as soon as I flagged it the staff asked to stop) Nice please but not worth the expense.

Good location, easily accessible and within walking distance to the Fort. Spacious room kept clean. Food was ok. You get good view of Fort from the roof top restaurant.

The staff were generally indifferent, though the owners were always available and helpful. Reasonably good breakfast included. The reviews I read were mostly from foreigners and appeared to be hyped in my view.

5-10 mins walk to fort entrance, a little out of the way but easy to get there. Breakfast with the view is amazing! They make your breakfast to order and it is honestly delicious. We had a train at 3, we used to pool until them, they even gave us a basic room until then to get changed/showered Offered to take us to the station free of charge

Beautiful hotel with nicely decorated rooms outside the fort walls. The staff is very very helpful and provided a free pickup service from and to the railway station. They will answer any question you may have and provide local recommendations. Our highlight was the roof top restaurant with very good indian food and breakfast. Also you have an amazing view of the fort and can watch the sunset. The walking distance to the fort is roughly 20 minutes.

There was some construction going on, but we were there outside the main season, so this would be expected and they also offered us to change to a quieter room. They have a good, but quite expensive laundry service (30 Rupees per piece), which took 2 days instead of the told 1 day.

The bed is super comfy. The place is lovely and very clean. The food in the restaurant is very nice and the quantity to price related is very good. People from the restaurant packed us some food for our train trip with love. The hotel is very well located

They told us they would come pick us up at the train station as our train arrived at 10.30pm. They didn't show up but they thought we didn't confirm our petition, even though we talked with them before catching our train. We told them we were travelling without internet and as they saw the mistake they compensated us with an upgrade to our room reservation. They didn't mention before booking that the pool wasn't available.
