Check in was nice and fast. The breakfast was good with a different variety daily. The staff were great and very helpful especially the guys that help with the bags etc.

There wasn't any hot water to begin with but then it started coming after leaving the tap on for a long time. I think the trick was to not have the tap on full. Also the sink tap had very little water coming out, enough to brush your teeth but not to wash your face. Extra bed meant a mattress on the floor, I wasn't expecting that. The staff said it is mentioned on details but I must have missed it. The hotel seems more basic that I expected.

Modern hotel situated beside the railway station with comfortable well equipped clean rooms. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good. There was some noise from trains early in the morning but it did not otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. The location meant it was to get auto rickshaws from and to the hotel.

The room was incredibly comfortable! It was clean, bed was nice and comfy, good desk for working and the bathroom had everything I needed. I really loved the feel of the room and the staff were extremely friendly. I was having issues with the wifi for my work, but they did do their best to sort it out as best they could. Breakfast options were also good.

For me the wifi was an issue. There was a low speed which they increased for me so I could do my work, but then during the day there would be hours I didn't have any signal and then the signal would come back for a few hours and be strong. I still had to alternate with my phone so some tasks I could not perform properly. But they did do their best to resolve this!

The staff was exceptionally good and helpful. Liyaqat was so helpful that it is hard to find such hospitality. He helped with local help and even when i was stuck without my phone and couldn’t find the driver. Click’s location and responsive staff took away any negative if any.

Could be a tad cleaner.

The staff were amazing from the Manager Liyaqat to the driver, concierge and restaurant staff. They all went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of! Thank you so much.

Cleanest hotel I have ever been to anywhere. Comfortable spacious room. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Good food. Excellent location next to train station.

Hot water in Bathroom is just warm water.Its not at all Hot Water. Water pressure of shower is not good.also Shower flow not good. Rest all is OK.

Rooms were good with fridge. Aircon and fans good. Wifi good. Showers hot and good. Restaurant and all staff friendly and very helpful

Excellent and modern hotel at an affordable price for the quality of facilities it provides. Spotless room and comfy bed.Next to the train station and 800 mt from the bus stand. Highly recommended!

It was situated in the railway compound near the station. Convenient and spacious. The room was functional and comfortable.

When booking it mentions a hill view but that was not there. Not a big deal. From outside the room there was a lovely view of the old clock tower and the mahabat Maqbara in the distance.
