Good ambience, Delicious Breakfast, Very well maintained rooms and surroundings. Really we all enjoyed very well. Recommending for all especially families. Having said all of these things i canot help saying one thing to the hotel management that you should give a proper training to your room boys.

I didnt like the behaviour and attitude of their room boy. An aged one who come into the room quite unexpectedly and without knocking the door or calling bell. Not only a single time, we have experienced the same attitude from the very same person a couple of times.

As the front desk manager, he greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival and efficiently handled the check-in process. Throughout my stay, Ramesh was always available to address any queries and concerns I had, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of during my time at Rainland Athirappilly. I had the pleasure of interacting with two key members of the staff, Ramesh and Rahul. moreover,I have no words to explain their dedication, professionalism, and warmth.Ramesh and Rahul are not just employees of Rainland Athirappilly; they are ambassadors of hospitality who embody the resort's commitment to providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for guests.I am grateful for the opportunity to have met them. I had the pleasure of had the culinary creations of Chef Shuff Raneesh, my experience with him was extraordinary. Located on the State Highway 21 [Chalakudi-Anamalai], just one kilometer before Athirappilli waterfalls, and around 5 kilometers before Vazhachaal waterfalls. Serene surroundings. The accommodation was satisfactory and offers a small swimming pool and a children's play area. There is a viewpoint on the rooftop, where one can see the waterfalls at a distance. An enthusiastic person can walk to the Athirappilli waterfalls, [it is a climb all the way] from the hotel; however, Vazhachaal needs to be in a vehicle. The hotel provides adequate dinner and breakfast, lunch needs to be ordered.

Wonderful resort in a wonderful location. Superb service by the staff, hygenic and well maintained property, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing hospitality, awesome swimming pool, great viewpoint at terrace and the peace and relaxation are priceless. The food was superb and they even helped us with our barbeque. They arranged local transport for a reasonable charge. Above all, we feel very safe over there. Unlike other resorts, the calm and quiet atmosphere, not even a raised voice from other party oriented guests in common places, very safe for kids and women folks. A must appreciatable and recommandable resort. Most valued points are the safety we feel and the enjoyment we see on our children's face. A family oriented resort and they discourage alcohol parties and bachelours from their property. Lastly, they have a good play area for kids.

We enjoyed the stay in Rainland resort and the staff provided us with great service. Additionally, the food was really good. I would like to thank all the hard working staffs for helping us meet our needs while we stayed in the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Rainland Resort to my family and friends. We reached Rainland resort tired after a whole day of travelling and the warm welcome from the staff alleviated the weariness. The dinner was really good - we loved their chicken fried rice. The resort is also one of the closest ones to waterfalls. The location is ideal and the rooms are well maintained. The staff accommodated all our requests with a warm smile. I would recommend this resort to everyone travelling to Athirappilly.

We booked a room with balcony and we were given a room in the first floor. I felt that rooms in higher floors would have had a much better balcony view. First floor balcony view was not as pleasant as we expected.

Excellent place, staff there was taking care of us well. Good ambience and food was tasty. Rooms were clean and excellent. Would recommend this for all planning a trip to Athirapally with your family. Special Mention to Manager Ramesh very friendly and accomodative.

Breakfast menu was same there could have been variety.

A comfortable stay for family, clean rooms, kids play area were also neat, close walk by to lake, very near to vazhachal and athirapilly falls like hardly a few km, good food, clean pool, spacious rooms. Very very friendly staff. Nothing to boast about, but quite happy with the service and amenities

No lift facility, may find difficulty if you are travelling with elderly

Clean, neat and spacious rooms. Pool was superb and clean. (not a very big one but me and my kids loved the infinity kind of pool structure). Breakfast was decent.

Balcony was not my kind. Anyways it gives some privacy from the room.

The hotel was good enough for us. Price of stay in that hotel is okay. Dinners meals were delicious. Our children really enjoyed time spent on the swimming & indoor play area.

Children play area needs better air-conditioning.
