Adriyan Hossain and the other boy that was working on the night we stayed at the hotel gave excellent customer services. They are an assets to your business and deserve a great big thank you from your company. Date stayed 31/01/2025 . Great young boys. Dislike was the sun beds out side. Not fit for purpose really. You need to get some new ones

The location is very good and the fact that they drop us back to the airport is a big advantage, especially if you are catching an early morning flight

The maintenance and upkeep of the facility needs a little more attention. We have been staying at this place for the last several years and I am seeing a gradual decline in the maintenance.

Well located hotel for an evening stopover near the airport. Free airport transfer was organised by the hotel, thank you Jaisson. Evening meal very reasonable with good choices and beautiful setting by the pool. Breakfast was fair. Taxi was organised to take us on to our next destination.

Nothing much around hotel , but wouldn’t put me off staying again

Location, only 5 minutes from airport terminal by free hotel shuttle. Despite some negative reviews, we found the place to be spacious, clean, free of insects. Staff were friendly and efficient. It is fairly basic and functional but then it is predominantly a one night airport convenience hotel. There is a restaurant with an adequate menu at reasonable prices.

The cascade shower head needed replacing as it was spraying everywhere. Sorry can’t recall the room number to let the hotel know

Good spacious room with excellent air con, that was quiet and controllable, and a good bathroom. Excellent, helpful front desk. Taxi pick-up a bonus - be sure to have WhatsAp connectivity when land to arrange meeting point. Pool looked well kept and clear water - but no time to try.

Cleaning of toilet could have been much better.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay. This was the second time we stayed in quality hotels. They provide free pick and drop service from Kochi airport which is very convenient. Food quality is also good. The staff is excellent, very helpful, friendly and polite. My bag was accidentally locked but the staff helped me to unlock it. Room rates are reasonable and the hotel is near to the airport. I would love to stay here again.

Food options can be increased and shouldn't be restricted to south Indian breakfasts. Should keep options like misal pav, poha, chats, etc as well. The channels on the television shouldn't be restricted to Malayalam channels. Kerala is a vacation spot and tourists come here from across the globe. Hence, inter-cultural channels such as English, Hindi etc., should be put on. We cannot watch the TV if we are in the hotel rooms since we are unaware of the local language, we definitely would learn to learn Malayalam :) . However, a little change would be appreciated.

Quite Location in spite of being reasonably close to hassle and bustle of the airport. Had a peaceful sleep. Free airport drop is what I enjoyed. No need to book a car and experience the uncertainty of it.

Booked to be near the airport and it was a great place, free transfers, wake up calls, beautiful pool, good restaurant and the bed was very good. Having been travelling within a budget this was at the top end and was a really wonderful treat before my flight home
