I choose this hotel mainly because it was near the airport, and they offered free pickup shuttle service. I was in contact before hand with Shreejith and he was very professional.Sent me the taxi, and Everything was simple and smooth. Loved everything about this hotel, clean, comfy, great breakfast, bathroom amazing too. But the personal touch of Shreejith was the best. After a long flight, its exactly what one needs. The price was very good too. Will be back!! And recommend it to my friends.

The location was close to the airport but the property as such was slightly inside off the main road. On the flip side it was a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very clean with a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I had used it only for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight and felt that it would have been great if there was a kitchen. My understanding is that only breakfast was available from the kitchen which I did not experience. Lunch and Dinner is ordered from restaurants nearby through the property reception itself. Must admit the delivery service was very fast.

Close to the airport, very neat and clean and friendly staff. Easy to order food.

We booked for two days but there were no complimentary coffee/ tea sachets or bottled water. They said extra large bed and the bed was extra large. But the cot was smaller than the bed and we had to be very careful not to sit on the edge or we would fall down. The right size bed would have been much bettr. The road to the place was a bit congested and tricky in the turning.

Great location for Kochi airport. We arrived/departed in the dark so didn't see exactly where it is, but semed to be behind a residential area. Ground floor room clean and comfortable. Plenty of power sockets for both UK/EU plugs. Kettle with tea/coffee. Fan. A/C extra cost. Shuttle to airport excellent. Good for one night.

Cold water shower. Hot water only from separate tap below. Had to mix hot and cold water in a bucket with jug to wash body and hair. No fridge, no hairdryer, no bottle of water. If you want a hot water shower, do not stay here. Otherwise it's ok.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The airport pickup service was seamless and incredibly convenient, which made the start of my trip stress-free. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service and a hassle-free stay!

Room was spacious for a family AC bedroom. Room service was very good as they answered to all our queries. The decorum of the room was well maintained. It is located near the airport. I loved enjoy staying here. If anyone is looking for a quiet place then I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if they ever come to Kochi.

I like everything start from staffs good manners ready to help, food so nice, rooms Clean and spacious beautiful landscapes everything is perfect I recommend everyone to have a stay in this beautiful place. Big thanks to all the staffs of Marina suite hotel.

- Not a big deal but breakfast arrived at 8:45 am instead of 9:30 am, which I requested - Some things were missing in the room at the start (toilet paper and AC remote) but were provided later upon request

Qhen we askwd for an additional soap the staff asked for charge.. well that was very cheap. Asking for money for asking Just one additional soap let the hotel down and completely eroded the feel good factor we had until then. Asking 2 soaps for 2 members is not too much. When you aspire to be a big hotel player you need to have a big hotel mentality as well otherwise you would be stuck as a low level player.. although i dont want to take away any thing else, its a fantastic property a bit interior but wid the shuttle they provide to airport well worth it.

The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and willing to make arrangements on request. As I was travelling late at night they allowed me to stay in my room past check out until 9pm for a small fee , along with airport transfer. The room service was very quickly and tasty food. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to the airport, 5 min drive.
