Location, room service, breakfast.

Check in took almost 20 mins.. Bedsheets and blankets werent too clean. Mattress when cold felt wet and uncomfortable. And twin bed size is too small for a family with kids. Rooms were dark and dingy. Bathrooms small.

Everything... Starting from location, room, cleanliness, location all are excellent. We enjoyed staying and would love to visit this hotel again.

There is no cons actually. One thing I may advise that atleast provide king size bed in the suit room so that 2 adult and 2 children below 10 years can easily accommodate.

The hotel was quite clean. Good staff, quick response in anything I request. It’s close to the airport, buffet breakfast was great. Also all the rest of their food were great, tasty.

No swimming pool.

I was a bit flustered when i came into reception. While I was waiting to book in the manager came up to me and said that he was giving me the Presidential Suite at no extra cost - it was a huge room. Bonus!

Food

We checked out in the early morning to catch our flight. The receptionist wasn't happy to assist us with our luggage initially and was instructing us when to leave from the hotel in order to catch our flight

Staff is super helpful. It’s a great location - close to the airport but also easy to get to Kolkata tourist attractions from there.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work very well.

location is good and a good option if think of staying overnight in transit

Wifi Speed was not stable

They charged us separately for our 13 year old son stating that he will be treated as an adult, though there was no meal included.

My room was on front side close to road so bit noisy due to vehicles on road
