Excellent hotel with helpful staff. Room is an excellent size overlooking the park with good aircon. Nice breakfast as well. Location is convenient.

Wifi not great. Used my own mobile data instead.

The location is good and the staff is super helpful. Considering other such app-run hotels, this one is fairly decent.

The congested room and the underwhelming breakfast was a let down.

Had a very decent and pleasant stay at here. Staffs were very much cordial and cooperative. Liked the size of the room which is big enough (I have also checked several other hotels where rooms are very conjusted at the same price). Grocer shops, taxi stand and local bazars are available within walking distance. For Muslims, a mosque is also present just beside the hotel. A big park (park circus) is situated just opposite of the hotel where you can have your morning/evening/night walk. A very calm hotel and the area is also very calm unlike new market or park street. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay at Kolkata.

Two things: 1. Low lights: Rooms lighting could be better as lights are low. Would request to install white lights (led/tube lights) to have proper lighting in the room. 2. Amenities: Required amenities for washroom usage would be a great thing to add.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel enterior or fixture were working properly and the room or washroom was clean and hygenice

Bf was simple & what I normally eat. The Hotel staff made egg white omlette specially for me on my request. Location is wow as I was born & brought up in that area.

Cleanliness of the toilet.
