Staff was very helpful, The room service staff was very good Reception staff (Mr. Siraj) was very cooperative & his way to talking is excellent

safe , hassle free without any headache. it is not like other shady hotels where staff keep staring at women.

Hotel numbers changed, but housekeeping was not updated and not all hotels are on the same property. Some numbers are given. The room was equipped with toiletries but drinking water etc. was missing

Safe for lone travellers, Polite Staff, Good House Keeping and Room Service, Clean. Downside: It's 20mins away from Overall I would recommend to stay.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at. The ambience food and hospitality all was good. The way they treat their customer was mindblowing and services were excellent.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The restaurant is not operational so you will have to order food from outside.

Breakfast was good. The place was decent. Staff members are good and cooperative. I had a comfortable stay at the place. The staff are really helpful and kind. Overall for the price it was accepted.

Only the lightning of the room was very low otherwise everything okay.

We reached the late night at the place and by mistake I ordered a room for Day Check-in time. Fortunately the staff members allocated a room for us on an immediate basis. Thank you for the great service provided late at night
