The rooms are clean as well as the washrooms. The environment is calm and quiet. The hotel location was great. They have a kitchen from where we ordered food and we loved the food there.

It was okay with the small lift, but they should keep the lift clean and smell-free. The water bottle price in the hotel was not free after 1 bottle a day. They charged rs30 for 1 liter while it costs rs20 in outside shops.

It is value for money. Small yet clean room; I did not expect more. Food is excellent; breakfast (complementary) was okay.

It was all good; but I don't understand why drinking water was not provided. I asked one staff for a bottle of water. He charged me Rs 30/- for a one litre bottle whose mrp is Rs 20/-. Drinking water should always be there in the hotel room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

The Hotel is very close to Park Street, although it is around 20 min to the metro station. The room was nice, breakfast was good. The staff was kind.

We only got one towel even though we were two, but we got a second one when we asked. It would be good to have coffee or tea for breakfast, we only got mango juice as a drink. Towels and sheets could be cleaner.

It was an amazing experience staying here. The hotel is located at a strategic location, with numerous restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The staff were helpful and well mannered. The free breakfast was also good.

Sometimes noise comes from the window at night because of construction nearby, however it's not the hotel's fault.

I paid the left amount online before check out. But the reception let me wait because they couldn't varify my payment and had to make phone calls. For a hassle-free payment I suggest to skip online payment and instead pay directly at the reception during checkout.

The taxi drivers had problem finding the hotel.something must be done about this.

The absolute highlight of the hotel was it's location, situated at park street crossing, it gives easy access to visit different attractions in kolkata. Look wise it's a new property and hence the rooms and the linen are all clean and fresh. Highly recommended for budget travellers

Nothing to complain

Location was excellent. Members of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Members of management are also very polite, gentle and generous. Room and Toilet seems newly furnished and air conditioning are satisfactory.

Quality of Linen and towels need to be improved.

Budget accommodation in Kolkata, Good service by a young team, Clean and we felt safe.

The location wasn’t great, cabbie found it hard to locate when we arrived - relatively new property - yet to be popular with cabbies I guess.
