The staffs are very warm, and willing to help for anything sincerely! They always welcomed me with a smile, and made me feel at home. Thanks to Hotel Park Central, my Kolkata stay could be amazing.

Services are perfect! I have nothing to say. -At the first day when I went to the hotel from the airport, the taxi driver couldn't find the place easily. It was around 2AM. -It would be much better if the gate signboard become clear!

The rooms are clean as well as the washrooms. The environment is calm and quiet. The hotel location was great. They have a kitchen from where we ordered food and we loved the food there.

It was okay with the small lift, but they should keep the lift clean and smell-free. The water bottle price in the hotel was not free after 1 bottle a day. They charged rs30 for 1 liter while it costs rs20 in outside shops.

Excellent hotel to stay. Ive visited for my visa interview over their it's very near from hotel around 500-800 mts. Lovely experience, food was so delicious and i would recommend everyone to experience this hotel if you are in and around that place

If you are used to "budget" this is a good fit. Reasonably confortable bed, fan, air con, wifi and hot water. Reasonable location a cheap Uber trip from most places in the city. Mosque close by. Staff always available and helpful. Thrre is a lift, small but functional.

It is value for money. Small yet clean room; I did not expect more. Food is excellent; breakfast (complementary) was okay.

It was all good; but I don't understand why drinking water was not provided. I asked one staff for a bottle of water. He charged me Rs 30/- for a one litre bottle whose mrp is Rs 20/-. Drinking water should always be there in the hotel room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

The behavior of the staffs were extremely pleasent, They made you so comfortable that we ignored all the other aspests of the hotel, The quality of the food was good even the staff took care of our baby

The Hotel is very close to Park Street, although it is around 20 min to the metro station. The room was nice, breakfast was good. The staff was kind.

We only got one towel even though we were two, but we got a second one when we asked. It would be good to have coffee or tea for breakfast, we only got mango juice as a drink. Towels and sheets could be cleaner.

Allam Zan and Hesina, the team that run the place were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. They also looked after my suitcase while I travelled to Darjeeling for a few days, good people 🙏🏽
