We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, which was very comfortable. The staff was really nice and suggested 3 rooms options when we first arrived as they had a reception on 6th floor. We truely appreciated the gesture.

The location itself is not the best as quite far from metro station but you have nice breakfast spots around. There is also definitely room for improvement for breakfast as quality isn’t matching the room quality. I would also suggest to get the paint/humidity fixed in some rooms/bathrooms. But really appreciated the stay anyway 🙏🏽

I had a great stay at this hotel. I skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but I had dinner every day, and it was excellent—delicious food at a very reasonable price. The service was also great, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good value and a comfortable stay.

Noting specific. Everything was great

The bed size was great. Did not expect the king size bed. Hot water was a bit of an issue and the fridge is useless. I ended up buying dried ice and a polystyrene cooler box to keep drinks cold. Unfortunately it freezes super quick too.

The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. The room was very cheap for what it offered and location was good. Unfortunately I only stayed for a couple of hours so I could not experience much.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit dusty. It didn't bother me much, as I only stayed for a couple of hours, but it does not send the best message.

The room was spacious with fridge, hot water air condition was working well.The staff was very helpful and there was a lift.

the neigh bourhood was dirty but all central kolkata is like this, we didnt mind as it was real life experience ,it was safe though.The breakfast was basic.

I searched hotel for past 2 months. And finally I made the best decision by choose this one. They literally made me so comfortable.I was alone but never felt scared. Service was really good They provide everything they told. Best ever stay❤ And thank you💗

The location of the property is the most appropriate for travellers. The hotel is situated at Park Street, the most advisable place to stay. Almost all main attractions are are in surrounding of property.

Just a suggestion: rooftop made available for lunches, dinners, drinks...

Mostly I like the cordial behaviour of all the staffs. The room, washroom are so clean and hygienic. Their restaurant food is very tasty I must say.

There is such nothing I don't like. Their facilities are so good.

Everything was good. Cleanliness, bed quality was good. Bathroom was good. AC was good. Shower, toilet and wash basin was good.

There was a peculiar strong smell of some perfume or spray they must have used which was too strong and I didn't like it. It also didn't go away. There are no balconies in this or any other hotel in this area. At least put an exhaust fan in the room.
