Spacious and clean room, polite staff, good breakfast, great location. Would stay again.

It was all good. But I expected a little bit more in terms of facilities and service in general because its supposed to be a 4-star hotel. For example, room service menu didn’t have enough variety, no mini bar, and room could be cleaner. The location was hard to find for cabs and uber drivers, its tough to get there if you don’t have a map. This feedback is only because I was expecting the hotel to be a 4 star. Other than that, its a very good stay.

The location is perfect to visit downtown Kolkata. It's close to Park street where you can shop and eat and Victoria memorial, Maidan... Breakfast is nice and staff are really attentive to your needs. Everyone working at the hotel is ready to help you.

Fourniture is a little bit old but everything works fine and is clean.

From Start to End everything is perfect. Their staffs are very cooperative, friendly, wonderful behaviours, well mannered, superb service to be honest. Also their room is very large, really clean, well organised. I feel like home to be honest. This hotel is the best hotel I would’ve recommend. Also this hotel will be my permanent address when I’ll travel to Kolkata next time for sure.

As I entered I was warmly welcomed by Sonu at the front desk. He was attentive and welcoming. He even helped me with a few printouts I needed for my meeting. The room was clean, the view was nice and the housekeeping was responsive and diligent.

Just the fact that I forgot to put the ‘do not disturb’ tag and housekeeping woke me up by ringing the bell to check if I need anything. But that’s okay.

All facilities are available in the hotel. nice location. Accessible to all area of Park Street. Staffs are really amazing. Food is ltl costly, but that’s ok.

It was a little humid in the room, but it could have been because of the weather.

They allowed checking by 10 am and checkout at 1.30 PM. Was there for one day for Visa appointment. It was a convenient location.

Food, room everything was really good.

The location of this hotel is very difficult to find the same. Google map also show wrong location.
