I was really wonderful experience. They allowed us to check-in at 11 in-spite check-in time mentioned was 2pm, along with that they upgraded our room to Executive from Economical without asking. Pool was awesome. Ambience was superb. Staff was really helping and well mannered. Food was also good. And they provided a variety of buffet breakfast. For check out also they allowed till 12 pm. Overall excellent experience.

They charged for ice and water bottles slightly higher.

The property was clean and neat. We had booked the economy rooms, which were decent. Next time we will be booking the Lagoon Vilas a must stay… The live singing was a bonus… One thing I would like to mention, I have had Mocha in lots of places in India or abroad, the Mocha here was one of the best I had, ordered twice… Keep it up Chef Manas!!!

Entry to Cafe Turf from reception side was muddy, I understand due to rains, but could have kept better

I was with my partner on this trip and we both loved the location. We really enjoyed our time together. You guys have made the leisure time worth it, with good food, amenities and good room service.

The food was a bit expensive, but yes it was good.

The property is very beautiful. We booked a suite for a group of 5 friends and the room was very spacious. The check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was kind enough to give us early checkin. The best part is their pool. Its very big and clean. The property has steam, sauna, gym, indoor games. The location is nearby to the station. Breakfast had multiple options. It was overall a very comfortable stay.

Food was very expensive and the quantity was very less. They charge extra 20% for room service. Should provide extra toiletries in the bathroom for group stays.

Breakfast and location are excellent. However car road towards lagun area is not maintained. It. Should be.

Other things are good.

The hotrl rooms were clean and spacious..balcony was a value add. Food we ordered in our room was delicious.

The restrauts rates are too high

I liked the resort with good hospitality and specially Lagoon villa is amazing, one must try it as a wow experience as it is spacious and worth. Enjoyed my stay

its needs to revamped to modern decor & art, it still has late 90's & early 2000's interior!

It was wonderful stay and we really liked it. Resort facility upgraded our room category. Food was very tasty and lot of variety. Really worth staying at Treasure Island Resort and I would definately recommend others and would love stay again in future.

So costly food. Dosa is of rs 200, sandwich = 300 rs and not too good taste.
