During the coved period, there was no customers. So they are unable to maintain the resort. Now they are facing with approach road. it is settled it is easy to approach. They are also rejuvenating the swimming pool. Lot of facilities such as auditorium mass dinning hall are available. I hope it will pick up.

Beautiful view from dining area, quiet and relaxing area, nice and helpful sta ff.

At night (3am) there were other guests having really loud conversations and music outside and no one took care of that. I think when you call yourself resort you should make sure its quite at night. The towels and bedsheets had stains on it.

Location - off the nice Madurai-Trichy highway. View point - almost 360 deg view of the hills around, greenery, nice elevation with Mountain and Valley view Nice property overall - greenery, ambience, lots of chirping birds. Spacious rooms, bathrooms - about 15 rooms available and lot of mango trees within the property Nice idols of God - Ganesha, Shiva, Parvathi, Lakshmi, Vishnu, Subramanya, Navagraha, Grama Devatha Ayyanar set at the back side of the property. a big Theatre auditorium that can seat 400+ but currently not used and seems under renovation A Marriage/Party/Function lawn Good swimming pool Nice location for the restaurant

1. Food for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner needs improvement. Normal Dosa, Millet pongal, Sambar, Chutney, Omlette, Bread-Butter-Jam was good. But would need to have a good spread of Good breakfast - mix of Local specialty of Chettinadu/Madura/Trichy/Salem/Coimbatore + some common south indian and north indian minimal spread (Paratha, Poori). Breakfast to be available from 7 AM atleast and not 9 AM. Anyone who want to step out or go to nearby temples find it odd time for Breakfast. Lunch, Dinner menu Average taste - Lunch/Dinner menu can definitely be better. - Bit of property clean up of wild shrubs and can be replaced with nice flowering plants or ornamental plants and manicured grass so that the property looks fresh, green, colourful and then the existing natural trees, plants and shrubs can be interspersed with the manicured gardens, Dinner cannot close at 7;30 PM - atleast till 9:30 PM - many travellers might not like the fact of ordering your dinner before 7:30 PM. The property has 0 maintenance. First of all the swimming pool wasn't functioning and we got to know that only few mins before check in. No wifi. We had to struggle to make calls as there was no network too. No hot water and the room didn't have any extra facilities. Room service didn't pick the call most of the time. We were the only couple who stayed there for the night and the whole resort was empty . For this they charged 5140 which wasn't even worth for 2 grand . I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.
