BREAKFAST was good !!

dinner was below average , specially for TAJ . the quality was poor and the taste . one more thing: we got the room at 2.45 pm and we did not complain. but for check out time I was called twice within 30 min to collect the luggage. also they have a conference and wedding coming up which means lot of workers and movement of vehicle and people disrupting the peace. so do not go when they have weddings and conferences. also at the price the value for money is lower

Great staff, really pet friendly. Doggie beds & toiletries. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Food was decent and high tea was nice. Got a good recommendation for a trek from the hotel.

Room didn't have a nice view (even garden view could be nicer.) Lawn was swamped during the rain. Pets are 3k per pet per night so a bit steep. No covered seating area for Pets so in rains (which was all the time) they had to be left behind or someone in the family left out for meals. Not the Hotel's fault, but local toll collection caused a 40min traffic jam into Mahabaleshwar. Pls can hotels get together to stop this, eg charge the amount as part of the bill send receipts, but not let locals hold up all the traffic for so long.

The place offers a wide spread of breakfast, very fresh and delicious , the chef shasank took a personal interest in each and every client to make sure they were attended and served. The staff took care of all the demands from all the guests . We enjoyed every single day with such an amazing hospitality. I would like to give shoutout to Dinish, Tamulima,phiyama,aniket,sneha,Brian,Anrut and vaishnavi for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Pleasantly surprised with the property. It has been modernized in a very professional manner. all facilities, rooms, food service, room service, concierge, front desk are very well trained. spa services also also top rung, if not the best in comparison with other 5 star spa brands. no complaints at all in any aspect of the hotel.

this is not a complaint, but it would be nice to have a hotel car to move around in the vicinity.

Everything was absolutely fantastic , the service , hospitality, stay , was perfect . Special thanks to a few people who made our stay excellent . Ms. Manisha ,chef Shashank who served us the phenomenal Apple tea and a small desert for breakfast . Mr. Mahendra who took care of our order , ms. Jessica was fantastic too . The trainee yuvraj was very courteous and soft spoken . The team was fantastic at fountain

The resort was fantastic, very peaceful, and relaxing. Watching the sunset was wonderful. It was looking lovely and festive with the Christmas decorations 😍 It was very dog friendly and so very comfortable for us and our dog. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant and the food were very good, we especially enjoyed the yummy breakfast.

Spacious room, excellent staff, beautiful location. Most importantly a pet friendly property in premium range.

Maybe it was just a coincidence that in our two night stay we had to call the housekeeping and maintenance staff several times. For internet, set top box, washroom flush etc. Response was super prompt though.

Good breakfast but needs to be more agile while serving live items . They shall not succumb to Guest Presence .

as we had a pet we were told to sit outside Alfressco , this was good , but service outside is poor . delayed service , no cutlry , no water on time , afterdinner i requested hot water for drinking they couldnt arrange .

Amazing staff i had travelled with my son, i called middle of the night for medical emergency n they helped me a lot very helpful staff i must say i m so thankful and grtful for you guyz had a amazing experience.
