The property was located at an amazing location with snow covered mountain view from balcony. Also it is located away from the crowded place so that you can enjoy peace and the beautiful nature surrounded by mountains, trees and snow. No doubt rooms were extremely clean with availability of 24x7 centralised heater and hot water, making the entire stay fresh and energetic even in the extreme cold climate conditions. Service received right from the reception desk to House Keeping to Laundary was top notch.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The whole staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. All facilities were in great shape.

Food selection was limited during our stay. My shower did not work properly (shower head only worked when I continued to press the button to switch from the sink to shower head).

Definitely one of the best hotels I have been to in India. The room is exceptional, very clean and comfortable for staying and working. The view from the balcony is amazing! The internet is excellent. Breakfast is varied and very fresh. And the most important thing - the staff - I got personal help with everything I needed. They have answered any question and the service was above and beyond. The best choice in Manali!

Centrally heated hotel with a great view in the hills. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Friendly and hospitable staff. Great rooftop view. Decent food.

The approach road to the hotel is steep and is a little further away from the main city. Not all staff were wearing masks. Covid-19 precautions should be taken more seriously.

View from the balcony was awesome n eye soothing. Room was well centrally heated , neat n clean. Staff was very well behaved nd cooperative. Food was also very tasty nd fresh. Mr. yash nd Mr. Sanjay was very humble person. Thanks to entire team of Abhilashi residency n spa .
