Room and view was beautiful, one of the best I've seen in my life. So surreal. Room was clean, bathroom and toilet in good working order. Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms look exactly as they are shown in the pictures.

Initially the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, they eventually asked me to switch rooms and everything was great thereafter. Apart for the room the rest of the place looks a bit run down and the pictures aren't that accurate.

Stay, hygiene, location, food, room and anything and everything you can ask for was just the best. But the highlight was service which was just awesome. All the staff including (Nikhil and Ayush - because I only recall these names 😉) were just fabulous. Always attending and friendly. Whenever get a chance would definitely go for stay again. Thankyou all for your hospitality 🫶

The way to smuggler is a. Bit task to come as the lane gets very narrow and steep and with scorpio if a car comes from opposite side it gets tough to reverse

All facilities and view from the hotel were excellent.Staff and manager was courteous and helpful.Food was also OK the only problem was the chappatis should be made from whole wheat and not maida ie fine flour as it creates health problems for senior citizens like me

Beautiful stay with mind blowing views , property was having all the amenities like games room , gym , central heating , lawn with sitting , rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony having lovely views . Food was good too . Hidimba devi temple is 10 mins walk and mall road 20 mins. Also the Staff was polite and helpfull.

Only downside is when it is snowing and its slippery , normal vehicles are not allowed bcoz it is little uphill. So we had to take 4x4 everytime from mall road which is little costly .

Its more beautiful and memorable as per our expectation . Really very hotel and staff is really amazing, they are always on their toe for our service . Normally i dont write such a big review but for there hospitality I have to write , so lets start from the start. 1 I booked there base category room Elizabeth room and they upgrade our room to barbossa room with our request beacuse we are on our honeymoon trip , so they told its a gif from hotel side 2 Barbossa room is really very good for couples , bed is extra comfy and lines are very luxury and clean. If i am talking about room they have all the luxury amnities in that and there temperature control is just cherry on the cake . View from the room is extra ordinary . We enjoy breathtaking view with tea in balcony. Really worth more which they charges . 3 After all such wonderful experience they surprise us when they arrange candle night dinner with bonfire in there lawn. 4 they have lots of activity in the hotel so guest never bored at the property. I highly recommended this hotels for newly married couples. Hats off hotel Smuggler

Incredible stay👍 1.Last night we stayed at a hotel smuggler . The balcony view is awesome and the room ambience is perfect. 2.The room are big , neat and clean and feel pleasant. If you are in manali then central heating is required they have all rooms centrally heated .i really like their mattress and view from the bed . The view are just mind blowing. 3.The staff was very friendly. All the services were great . They really looked professional in everything they do. 4. Food was delicious . 5. They have a gaming zone, lawn, Gym, Disco and own parking. 6.Most highly recommended hotel in Manali.

This like paradise view and rooms are literally very beautiful. My decision is ❤my fully right to choose hotel smuggler. From the starting check in was very smooth and they upgrade my room from Elizabeth to jack Sparrow. Room is very beautiful with all amenities from temperature control, very comfortable bed, sofa chais for seating, tea coffee maker in room and lots of other amenities. They take of each and every little thing in the room. If I talking about it's amazing😍👍🤩, you can see full manali, apple orchids, mountains and passes from the room. If you book a hotel it's not about only room, so this hotel all other amenities for the Entertainment for the guest 1 they have very huge and beautiful gaming zone in the front of the property with all major indoor games like pool table, table tennis, chess, carom and lot more. I spent most of time in their playing zone and in law and. 2 very well organised lawn area with proper seating arrangements, they have micky mouse and trampoline for children 👶👧👦 in lawn. In evening they arrange bonfire with music in the lawn. It's very pleasant experience bonfire in mountain. We drink in lawn and ate our dinner there. Really 10 points to lawn. 3 they have proper Gym set up, but i am not Gym person. So just click photo there Out of that they theme based restaurant and food 🍲🍲 is very very delicious and they also have disco if don't to sit in lawn than enjoy party night in disco. Staff and service is up to mark. Thumbs👍 up to hotel smuggler and highly recommend.

Hotel smuggler is very hotel with all the facilities. I really love my stay at this hotel. It's just located at perfect 🥰 place just 800 meters from hadima devi and 2 km from OlD manali. The view from the jotel is mind blowing, you can witness all major mountain like Hampton pass and Rotang pass from your room. Each room has private balcony with seating arrangement. The rooms are more than perfect with all the luxury amenities, I love there temperature control system in room (if you are going Manali always Remember heating is the must ) . Apart from room and view they have many other services like playing zone with all major games like pool table , table tennis, carrots, chess and more, they there own beautiful 😍 lawan with proper seating arrangement and they have micky mouse & termpoline for children, so you will enjoy perfect bonfire with music while children's are busy with playing in the front of your eyes. Really it's superb hotel for couples and families. Highly recommend

It was a great and exciting journey. I love the visit to hotel the whole hotel is theme based. The view from the room balcony is awesome and the main thing foid and room service us also nice .
