Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful location. rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Mr. Price, who was very knowledgeable about the history of Marayoor and provided an excellent tour overview.

However, there were a few drawbacks, such as the presence of insects and ants in the room.

Fantastic Hotel on the edge of Chinnar Wildlufe reserve Lovely atmospheric restaurant. Nearby waterfall you can walk to. Very clean and high quality We arrived by bike and we were made to feel most welcome We were allowed to store our bikes in the room. The hotel is split into several room blocks with a seperate restaurant 20m away. When you wander to the restaurant a load of loveheart hoops light up - very love island!! ❤️

Stunning location in the midst of mountainous countryside with amazing views from the balcony. A great deal of wildlife - birds and monkeys - within a few feet from our balcony. The room was excellent with a really good shower. Spotlessly clean. The couple who ran the hotel are very lovely and arranged an excellent trip to a tea plantation and transport to our next destination. The housekeeper was lovely and kept our room spick and span. She also led onto the river which was a tricky route. Nothing was too much for her.

The restaurant could be better for evening meals although breakfast was good.

Area resort situated are awesome place near river. We woke up morning with the welcome sounds of bird. Staff are very helpful and kind. Food was amazing. I strongly recommend this resort for family and friends.

Exceptional location - best in the Munnar region, with private waterfalls and close to national park. Staff are a warm community, with outstanding service, cooking and guide.

Very comfortable resort in the middle of a wildlife sanctuary . We woke up every morning to the chirping of birds and were constantly visited by monkeys and other wildlife. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was very tasty.

We felt the dinner menu was lacking in vegetarian options.

The management was exceptional. They helped me plan and execute a surprise midnight birthday party for my wife with an excellent cake. The staff was courteous and polite and the wifi at the room was okay.

There are only Jio and BSNL cellular networks available. No Airtel coverage. Thankfully the wifi is good enough.

Great location. Great ambience. It was a really cosy stay and the most beautiful part was the back balcony. You can enjoy breakfast there watching the woods, birds, sunrise and listening to the beautiful chaos of river flow. The property looks more serene in the evening.

Insects and bugs. Manager can arrange some repellants. Else everything is super fine

Cleanliness... Situated in the outskirts of lush green forest appreciate the maintenance & cleanliness all around the property....
