Located too high and car parking is far from the stay. Receptionist are too good but they need helper/assistant for room services. Receptionists had to take care for check in , check out, any room service like water supply/towels/coffee or carry baggage etc. so waiting time is too much for checking in and check out. One person cannot handle too many things. They should have an assistant for the receptionist. Room rent was too high.

Great stay at Carmel Top Resort! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect - close to the city center. Special thanks to Praveen, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute changes. He ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort for its excellent service and flexibility!

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good but few more options could be included at the price they are charging.

In breakfast menu few more items could be added such as corn flakes, chocos, fruit juice, dosa etc. for a proper buffet breakfast.

It's a good hotel to stay and it has an excellent view to the tea plantations. It's located in the heart of Munnar town which is really a good thing. Hot water is available 24/7 which is good. Overall a good stay which we enjoyed as a family.

Location and room appearance was excellent. Room offered a good view of green hills and city from above. Very tidy room. Staff service (especially from Alex) was excellent.

Wifi was not reachable to room.

Rooms are clean and very spacious. View from the room of Munnar town is mesmerizing. Stuffs are helpful and kind. Kudos, will be back again.

Great location and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast was quite good and it’s nice that they have a water filter.

In general you can tell that the hotel is quite new. The bathroom door didn’t close, there was no toilet paper, the main door was difficult to close, the fans only had two speeds (either too fast or off), my pillows were stained and there was no laundry service.
