Location was very near to the town and munnar bus stand. Car parking was very comfortable. Room capacity was good for 2 A + 2 C but its quite small compared to spacious I suggest to provide hair dryer in the bathroom. Totally it was a pleasant stay

Need to add the south indian dish for dinner also.

The room size is decent and the location is very good

Need to improve on breakfast options. Also the drainage needs to be better.

They gave us a big room and the managers, Mr Jose hailing from Kottayam and the other from Palakkad gave good care. Located close to Munnar town. Easy commuting to all locations.

Hot water was not available even in the said hours. We have to call front desk to arrange every time. We had a group stay in 3 rooms. The satellite tv was not working mostly. Children were bored in the evening hours and we couldn't solve the tv connection issue.

Location is very nice. Staff was good and helpful.

Play area is not clean. Its not usable since long time.

Very Good interior, nice view from balcony, good food, nice hotel to stay.

Hot water provided timing to be Improved if geyser is fixed in bathroom it will be good, room are not cleaned completely room service need to check coffee mugs kettle to be cleaned well. Other wise all are good.

My stay was pleasant. The best part of the property was that all the staffs there were pretty helpful and they did their work smilingly.
