Nicely presented hotel, comfortable rooms of a high standard of decoration. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for walking.

Shower didn't work very well, mostly cold water. Clean room light didn't work resulting in room not being cleaned. Noise from guests on balconies and next door's truck stop. Muzak in the corridors which I could hear from my room, the annoying piano ditty in particular drove me crazy.

The room was spacious and the location was good too. All the places were easily accessible. The balcony opened in front of a truck parking lot however tea plantations were still visible. The restaurant served good food.

The staff was very rude. We spoke to Mr Thakur and he was extremely unprofessional. We had requested for early check-in and he clearly denied. He even asked us to pay an extra 2000 for early check in. We denied and stepped out of the hotel. No one even cared to stop us or talk to us and even told me that I can write whatever review I want. Half an hour later we were called by them stating we can check in.

The response from the management staff was very good. The room we got initially was not well cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets. However, after drawing attention to the reception, the reaction was immediate. In the end, the stay was good, although the beginnings were difficult. The location suited us very well because the hotel is on the outskirts of the city from where it is a very good starting point for mountain trips. We did not visit the city itself. There were also shops nearby and a quite nice restaurant. Therefore, in the evening, after returning from the trip, we could use these facilities. The hotel restaurant is very flexible. They were very happy to give us an early breakfast even before the official working hours.

as I mentioned the cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets. although I got the impression that the cleaning staff was not reliable. It requires more control by the manager.

It was a good stay.. I stayed 2 nights.. it was a pleasant stay.. friendly staffs.. good location near by the town.. only one drawback they should provide complimentry breakfast for each stay... because it's a big hotel... if they do that good for everyone

Near to City Centre and lot of shops, other facilities including dining restaurants available at a walkable distance, which can be tried for a change.

Modern and clean room &bathroom

We didn't have hot shower. Hot water was sometimes coming out from the tap, but not from shower.

The location was good and close to a lot of food. The manager was great as well. Gave us a lot of suggestions of what to do while there.

The internet was quite bad.

Hotel is in old Munnar. Rooms were nice and clean. We didn’t try food at hotel but other services were good.

They cooperated with me until they said you need help

I asked them for a mattress and they said it was 50, even though I was getting it from other hotels for free

Great location, loved the rooms. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Bedsheets weren’t that much clean but once complained staff were very responsive to action it quickly.
