A very friendly and caring staff. The room we stayed in (102) was on the 1st Floor and was spacious and had two balconies with reasonably good views. The food quality was excellent and so was the room service. The overall cleanliness was good and regular attention to room cleaning was commendable. For the price, with add-on breakfast it is a good and happy deal.

A few floor tiles in our room were damaged and need replacement. The quality and layout of the breakfast needs improvement. Suggest adding some fresh cut fruits, cereals and eggs (boiled). We were happy to be provided with well-prepared omelettes and toast on request. Also a facility to provide tea/coffee without added sugar would be nice.

A great and superb place to stay.Will give 10 out of 10 marks..Really have not stayed in such a good hotel.The staffs are really friendly,pleasant and co operative.Full marks to cleanliness.Restaurant is super clean and food also gets 10 out of 10.Special mention to Mr Douglas,the reception boy and the lady and waiter at restaurant.They were such a pleasant and smiling staff...We couldnt event point out a single negative thing about the hotel.100 percent satisfied and zero complaints...Full rating provided....

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also quite good

The washroom was pretty small, had no exhaust fan, and the glass on the door was sprayed white to make it non-transparent, but the job was not done well and therefore if the lights were on inside the washroom, anyone standing outside could see the one sitting on the toilet, which is not very comfortable and private

Food quality can be better and kettle in rooms must be there but they do provide hot water to drink whenever needed.

Great location (walking distance from the center of munnar and good restaurants around) , the rooms are very confortable and clean, and the balcony is a great plus! The only down side is limited hot water, only available during two time slots, which was not mentioned when booking. The best part is the really friendly staff. Thank you Douglas!

Great room, balcony, good hot water and WiFi. Staff - especially Douglas, but actually everyone - was kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Breakfast not fantastic - limited Western options - though ate twice Fordingbridge and food v good.

Nice place to chill with a beautiful view at the balcony. Great staff. The hotel is located only 10-15 minutes walking from the city center, and near restaurants. You can also ask the reception to let your backpack after the check-out if you plan to do a last trekking before leaving Munnar. We recommend !

The room was good and clean and the stay was good as well. Family suite was also spacious.

The family suite could have 2 bathrooms for more convenience and a separate veg kitchen for strictly vegetarian guests would also be good.

The rooms and toilets were clean, hot water facilities were available on a timely basis.

They don't provide you with a bathing kit or shaving kit so do make a note of that. Also there were no fans and ac in the room, but we didn't mind it because the climate was cold, but in summers it must be taken into consideration.

Hotel wise it was good. If you want to stay away from the crowd then you can select this property.

1. The first day they provided a complimentary 1L water bottle but the next day they were not provided. As per hotel policy they are supposed to provide 1L water bottle per day. 2. Ventilation missing in the room.
