1. Location is very good. It’s close to expressway and not in the middle of crowded areas. 2. Staff is excellent. They are very cooperative and available to go out of way to solve any issue or help you to make your stay comfortable. 3. Dining is very good. Chef has a special hand that every dish we ordered for dinner was very delicious and made in a healthy manner. Breakfast was not so spread but whatever came was good. We ordered some Paranthas and they were very well made.

It’s a very basic hotel and doesn’t justify the price. Further hotel doesn’t have elevator and it’s a hassle , especially for people with health issues such as Knee problem. It’s not very clear in the hotel description on Booking.com

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The waiting staff at breakfast were very nice. Ms Ankruti and mr raghav went over and beyond their expectations.

The room conditions were very dated and very dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The overflow has come out and was quite dangerous as open drainage. The room didn’t feel clean at all.

This was the most amazing place that I visited with my friends. The place has such an amazing vibe. Ashok ji is the most amazing host and his love for his wife Radha ji continues to live and flourish in the beautiful vibes of this place. i always kept asking how can a place feel so surreal and divine and handled all male staff. It was when we learnt more that I realised what Radha Ashok means. I highly recommend to experience the most amazing stay here. Ashok ji you touched our hearts: Supriya, Remi, Kari ( India, Netherlands, Denmark). PS: The walk with Ashok ji going through brief history of each and every painting was amazing.

I cant find a thing that I didnt like.

Breakfast was good everyday. Staff, especially kitchen staff very helpful when I wasn't always feeling good every day (anxiety related). Ate dinner most days here, and it was always good. Stayed nearly a week around Holi and this was a peaceful retreat from the enthusiastic crowds in Mathura and Vridivan. We used the pool some each day to read, spot some birds and stay cool in the hot afternoons. Great internet and AC. Quiet. Enjoyed it a lot.

It's in a quiet area. The staff kindly flagged drivers for us to where we wanted to go, but the drivers going back do not really know where it is, its a bit secret, but we always got them there, Google maps helps. Pool needs more skimming, and a few loungers. the power goes out some, briefly I think in town as well, maybe just the holiday crowds? But the wifi stays on. I would come to do the temples themselves in a less crowded season. We weren't able to get help with a guide to navigate the customs and crowds.

Cater to food requirements for lunch is required. Cheap arrangements required for driver food , not clubbing with self food. Works out expensive thereoff. No proper tie up for local guide for sightseeing visit to temples

Excellent staff very polite and ready to help anytime. This is enough reason to stay here! Food is well made and served with lots of attention. Location is convenient. The property is fairly large with good lawn though hotel itself has limited rooms. It's value for money.

Absence of elevator and non provision of exhaust in washroom.

Staff and food were great. The rooms were spacious ans tho it could do with a refurb in some parts- there was a spaciousness that comes from older properties. The gardens gave breathing space which was much needed in a place like Vrindhavan and the buffer from road made the nights quieter for better sleep

I was delighted with my stay at the Radha Ashok Hotel. The owner welcomed me very kindly and even took me in his car for a first tour of the old town. Afterwards, he was extremely helpful in organizing taxis for me. The hotel has a beautiful garden with various trees and flowers arranged with taste. I was housed in a «chalet» which is a nice large and very well appointed cottage in the garden, overlooking the pool, ideal for a relaxing charming stay. What a pleasure to enjoy the pool after the visits! The security is optimal because the property is guarded day and night. For breakfast and dinner, the hotel’s restaurant offers a wide selection of Indian dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
