Very nicely tucked away in Moira along the river, the setting is clean, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and built US size. Towering doors, beds, showers etc,. The staff and hospitality were excellent on every front, room service, housekeepung and also at the restaurant. All the equipment and plug points worked too. For a quiet place to recharge with friends and do nothing much else, this place is the place to be.

The parking is a bit tight for bigger cars over 4mts so get the smaller car...as this is along the river, there are no shops till you hit town Mapusa which is just 10mins away. This is the first hotel I have ever visited in which the bed faces away from the TV. I found this a bit irritating as I had to spend time on a little couch which I felt had not been given a deep clean in a while. Another little blip was I could not figure out the switches for the lighting too, as I wake up early for my am coffee, I could never find a way without manuplating all the switches to get the coffee table lights on!!...minor techinal glitches which had noting to do with the overall stay but I thought I should bring up.

The staff was very helpful and cordial the room size was sufficiently big, the property was quiet & peaceful, the breakfast was good enough for a boutique hotel, the bathroom was very well made. The security would always guide at the time of parking and removal the vehicle from parking.

The room door had a lock which needed maintenance, might break down any time. The parking was slightly limited and cramped for 4 cars. The last 1 KM approach road was slightly too narrow and only one 4 wheeler would be able to go at a time. It was slightly tight for even a car and a bike to pass simultaneously.

The location is right on the river branch. It’s located in a quiet village. The staff were all very friendly and sincere. They would engage in a bit of small talk because they had the time to as well- but know when to leave you alone. The restaurant staff remembered food preferences and each time the meals would be made exactly as you want it. Although I’m not fussy eater but knowing NOT to make anything with chillis or a well done omelet makes life a bit easier. We came in the monsoons and it rained every day which was so beautiful and green. The staff were very dedicated and happy. The pool in the room is cute and the main pool was nice. Looks out to the river.

The room was big and bathroom is very tastefully designed but as it was monsoon so the room smelt a bit damp. The tv didn’t have Netflix. Just YouTube and a bunch of useless channels

It's a boutique hotel, hence the crowd is small. There are fewer people and hence the load on shared facilities are much lesser. We had the whole pool to ourselves for two consecutive mornings. Also, the hotel is located in a very picturesque area. It was very calm and quite and far removed from hustle and bustle of the city.

1. The hotel is quite far from the beaches (approx. 13kms, 45 minutes drive). If your primary goal in goa is to go beaching, this hotel may not serve the purpose. 2. We had lunch at two occasions and we found the lunch to be not of the same caliber as the rest of the service. We ordered Biryani and it was quite expensive and too oily.

All the staff were amazing. really helpful and accommodating. Namely Erabolyne and Amisha, who worked in the Bistro. Lucas from the room service team was amazing and friendly. overall great team. We booked a Villa. (002) which was spacious and accommodating with beautiful features and amenities. The hotel itself is off the beaten path but I'm a lovely quiet setting.

The Bistro menu could be expexpanded. saying that the chef's were accommodating by making items off the menu.

The place and staff makes you feel very grounded and the ambience here is great.....The bathing room here makes you never want to come out....They have a special room which is not listed yet and provides upon request since I am a frequent visitor and it is completely extravagant and must try.This place is filled with a lot of female staff which is a reason I opt this place being a solo female traveller.Isha, Katrina, Saloni.The food here is very healthy and tasty.Especially the fruit platter and the storii tifin box is perfect

Location- Amazing field and pond view for which we had chosen this particular resort. Manager- Mr. Tyagi was leading from the front...always on the job and doing everything to make the guest feel at home. Villa- We stayed in the villa and it was well furnished and had a fabulous plung pool. The washroom was amazing, well lit and well anointed.

Housekeeping- Can be better. Room was not cleaned even after 5 hours of request. However, Mr. Tyagi went out of his way to make things right.

The property is gorgeous. A place for leisure & a laid back getaway. The staff is courteous & helpful.

Only one restaurant with a limited menu. The hotel is tucked away in a village so one has to plan in advance & organise a transport as nothing is next door.

Small boutique charming property... very beautifully appointed... comfortable and elegant. Lots of little touches that make the stay even nicer. Food was excellent. Service was very courteous, professional and very prompt. The swimming pool was super clean.

Nothing as such. We had a wonderful time

breakfast spread was good, great options. However, they can add in more fresh / seasonal fruits, cheese, meats , breads and jams to the selections

staff was extrelmy helpful and friendly, room was extremely comfortable. Although i expected in room pool to be a bit bigger and outdoor seating area in the gardens (both cottage room and main garden area) can be improved.
