Large size clean room with AC and all the usual facilities in good working order. Fresh bottles of water each day , tea bags as many as we needed supplied when we wanted more. Our room on the 5th floor allowed us to watch the people go by on the main road without any traffic noise. They kindly moved us to a room on the opposite side during the Ganesh Festival period as the processions with loudspeakers carried on at 2 am. Room quiet on the other side even with the festivities on the. Staff very helpful indeed. Dan ensured all our little requests were catered for and gave helpful advice about local facilities as well.

Parking could be better There is parking right in front which is usually occupied by people unconnected to the hotel . There is a large area for parking at the back —- the earth needed to be made even —- holes to be filled with earth. That said I was always able to park in the area by reception.

the location is very good and excisable to different location prefer to go, staff arranged taxi service when needed, Mr.Dan and Pradeep help in getting a fridge arranged for my room since i had requested while booking but the next day at 9am as promised delivered the fridge to my room

the breakfast needs to changed everyday, the days we stayed at the hotel we had the same layout for breakfast. India is the biggest country in the world with different taste buds, you should not run short of having variety for breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night with an early morning start to the GOX. Airport transfer was arranged through the hotel.

The shower had no curtain although there were curtain rings and rod. Due to this the whole toilet got wet Check-in could be improved. We wanted to have dinner in the on-site restaurant. There was no staff around to attend. So we left.

we booked this hotel as we arrived in the early hours of the morning in the new international airport and didn't want to travel to our final destination in Cavelossom The bedroom was fine beds comfy room clean bathroom fine

The breakast was lovely but it was going cold when we got there at 8.30am

Location good.. mapusa market is close by..breakfast was really nice.. varieties to eat.. the person who was taking care of breakfast was very kind..n helpful.. it's all good have already referred your hotel to my brother.. and in future will stay at ur hotel only

only one thing to change if any of your guest need tea or coffee anytime pls provide .. I know you have kept diy sachets of tea coffee.. but not all guests are ok with this.. I asked for fresh tea in the evening at 5pm .. they said no only this thing to be changed

Excellent service. They have parking too.

The smell in the air outside the hotel. The noisy guests who were celebrating at the hotel. However that's not the hotels' fault for those guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sarayu One Hotel. The ambiance was exquisite, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The hotel's attention to detail in creating a welcoming atmosphere truly enhanced my overall experience. The cozy yet elegant setting made my stay memorable.

The assistance at the reception, rooms were very spacious & clean.

The Main door had an issue could not be locked from inside & TV was not working. Informed the reception & they have to sort out this issue.

Enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner

We should be provided hand towels and TV's should show local programmes. Would like 2 chairs in the room

Breakfast was pretty good. Additionally, the location is a kind of centre for me, because I visited multiple places in Goa, either north or south Goa. This is in Mapusa.

No comments on Room service. Maybe, that one was an exceptional situation. Because no one turns to my room for room cleaning when I came back in late at night. The best part first shift person didn't transfer the message to the second shift person. I don't know who was right at that moment. But in the end, I suffered and literally ask the hotel team, for a towel and water for my room. Rest all good, this is my review, but please experience it yourself.
