Location, staff, cleanliness, view, room size + patio. it was one of the most memorable trip. i booked it after checking online and did some research but actual experience was far better. Most of the beach size resorts have small rooms but living room surprises you with large room and bath. bed size was amazing ( 7' X 6.5' ) and it can easily accommodate a couple and 2 young kids with an extra sofa and decent size patio, you won't feel suffocated for sure. View is just great from the deck area and with direct access to a quiet beach is a BIG BONUS. Morjim is certainly one of the most scenic beaches i have seen and much less crowded. also very few hawkers so you won't be bothered much. Beach itself is very clean and water is so refreshing. with few shacks scattered around you won't feel so alone too and for a party "SAZ' is just next door. also one has great eating options at morjim beach common area where you find "tomatos", Montebegoa etc, great eating options and night clubs nearby.

almost nothing. but i have a suggestion for Lining Room Beach mgmt - pls try to rationalize your restaurant prices for food and drinks. its substantially high compared to other joints nearby ( Montebegoa, Tomatos etc ) and thats why most of the hotel guests prefer going out for food n drinks. I believe a 25% reduction in rates will give you good foot fall in lunch and dinner. We too spend one evening at your restaurant but found it too expensive. so think about it

Breakfast was nice and staff very friendly! Bed and room very comfortable. Nice to have drinking water, kettle & tea, large full body mirror, great A/C .. We didn’t get to try the restaurant.

The glass in the entrance door was a bit of a pain because there was no curtain to cover it. The wood stairs to go to the room above are right above the bed so expect some noise when the guests staying above are entering or leaving.

Excellent food and service by the staff. Especially reception staff - Suraj and restaurant staff - Suman and Nilesh , met all our requirements with kids needs. Highly recommended for good quality food

If you are traveling with kids, the place is secluded. Need to have your own arrangements of vehicle. Rental car costs 1.5k per day. Also the property needs to have kids play area/arrangement like slides swings etc also kid’s swimming pool. They have small size only for adults

very friendly staff - Suraj Milu ji everyone were great:) Good room service, excellent location and good cafes / restaurants nearby :) swimming pool was too good and staff was too supportive, must come if you are party people:)

I recently stayed at a resort on Mojarim Beach and had an amazing experience. The tranquility of the beach made it a perfect getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering an early check-in and late checkout due to our delayed bus. As a group of girls, we felt safe throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and being away from the bustling Baga and Calangute areas made it an ideal spot for a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended!

Huge rooms! Amazing comfortable big beds. Very clean. Great A/C. Staff were very kind also. We had an enjoyable time here. Definitely should be rated higher. The only issue is Morjim beach itself - quite dirty … but this is not the fault of the hotel. The local government needs to address the litter and rubbish around this beach. Otherwise the hotel itself was great and clean.

it’s off season so no activity at the resort at the moment. But they surely have it to rock it in season. they did give us a few great recommendations to enjoy our time. very friendly helpful staff. big shout out to Milu & Suraj for their hospitality.
