Good part it’s right on the road so no need to search. Food Quality was alright and they take orders till midnight.

I made a booking and arrived the place within a few minutes as I was around. Inspite of seeing my booking I was told to wait for an hour idk for what. Then asked me to go out and wait for their call which they called after an hour. I checked in and I really didn’t like the room as I’ve been here before and the rooms were quite good a year ago. Pillars in between the room someone could knock themselves out in the night weird shape of the room.

The staff was verry nice and friendly, helped with luggage carrying and all.

The room was verry tiny and unhygienic. Was shown in Internet, totally opposite of that .specially toilet, disgusting. And they don't have their own kitchen. Amount has taken doesn't worth it.

Nothing only the night staff was polite.

Firstly the staff was not helpful at all.. For any work they so you have to tip them first and then only they will do your work. Secondly we ordered food from outside and just asked them for cutlery he charged us 40 rs just bcoz that we did not order food from him. They have all the cold drinks an water in their own fridge still they take 20 rs extra from you on everything.

There is no service. The staff doesn't know how to trear their customers. Room was uncleaned and kept in a bad shape. Water heater and some lights were broken.

The most horrible experience of my life, the room is very small, it has rats, there were more than 3-4 rats in the room. The room was so dirty and the staff was utterly unprofessional. Never ever in your life try this hotel. Don't waste a single penny. They don't deserve even to call themself a hotel.

Nothing, just remove this hotel from booking. Worst experience ever
