The bathroom was clean. Pillow was too soft. Good hotel and staffs. Great stay and great value for money. Beautiful room and toilet and facilities ,all covered well.

Dirty bedsheets pillows no hot water, open roof, door without locking key AC Leakage Doesn't meet my expectations and waste of money By the time I reached there reception denied to accommodate me giving silly reasons like lake of water shortages. And put me in a different hotel with the worst service and room. When on of my frnd Went again to ask if they can accommodate the were ready to accomodation as a walk-in customer Again I had to suffer with all the baggage to take back to the oyo blue pearl hotel. I had a very bad experience with booking.com.

This hotel doesn't take foreigner only indian , so if you are foreigner even if you have booking confirmation you will be kicked out like a dog, I don't understand why during the booking they don't state that they only take local indian ? But they let you book and confirm the booking you take a flight and get to the hotel and don't let you stay , I was so angry and very tired it took me all day to go around to find another accommodation as most places were full or too expensive or dirty, oyo is shit hotels no customer care they only think of them self they don't care about customer they can wast your time and money
