Hotel i booked through booking.com at 891 and as i went there he said online booking is closed price is 1500 for 5 hrs. And wifi was not working. No hot water geser not working

There was nothing to like about it, but I would say the staff was ok, and helpful, except the receptionist.

They said they don't accept online bookings and charged me more for my stay, the room provided was not clean, and visible molds on walls, it was so unhealthy, and after all that water was not complimentary, its peak of dissatisfaction, not recommended at all.

I booked this room through booking.com. But, when I reached there, the manager told that they would not have any relationship with the booking.com. Such a bad behaviour......I did not face this type of behavior never again. I was sucked this type of behavior before. Please do something for this type of things.

Because that nonsense manager even didn't allow me to enter into the room.

Hotel A K Palace when we visited there He said that this service has been canceled from booking.com. If there is no booking service then why do you show on your website

Booking was not accepted by the hotel. They asked for more charges. You have booked the hotel without their consent and we have to suffer. You are only after the money with no concern for the customer.

The room was smelly, bed sheets were dirty , bathroom was dirty, very smelly bathroom, damp walls
