⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Hotel NAAZ EXECUTIVE I'm so happy with the service provided during my stay! I felt safe and comfortable throughout. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The pricing was also very reasonable. A special mention to the front desk lady — she was so lovely and always had a warm smile, which truly made me feel welcome after a long flight. The hotel’s location is also perfect — very close to the airport, which is super convenient. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends as well. I’m very happy about Hotel Naaz Executive in Mumbai. It was above all expectations. Quiet location 10 minutes from the international airport. Clear and big room include air condition I TV. Every day cleaning, free washing clothes, enough free drinking water and juice in mine fridge. Free breakfast and many compliments from hotel. Friendly staff always ready to help and answer any questions about the city. Especially Yusuf, who helped me to choose the best dish for dinner every evening. Drivers Irshad and Khan, who show me all Mumbai and tell enough information about City. I’ve strongly recommended hotel for all visitors. I’ll be back soon.

We stayed here for one night and booked 2 rooms as we had a flight to catch the next day. Both rooms were exceptional and very clean. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had, they went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Location: Great location that is nearby to the international terminal (Terminal 2). They messaged me on Whatsapp a few days before our stay and arranged a driver for us, who had a modern and clean car and was free of charge! Room: We booked 2 rooms and both had enough space, they were modern and clean (definitely worth more than 2 stars) They had a desk a small dining table and plenty of sockets. It also had a stocked mini fridge, which they allowed us to have all of the drinks for free. They provided bottled water for us and more on request free of charge. They also had a smart TV in the room which had Netflix and Youtube installed. The bathroom is fully open, which is common in India, and water does get everywhere. However, unlike most hotels they do provide you with a squeegee to push all of the water to the drain, and it dries within a couple minutes. It is very clean and I had no issues. Breakfast/Food: Breakfast was included in our stay. It is located down the road from the hotel so you will need to walk outside. Options were okay but plenty of restaurants nearby if you want something else. You can also order from food delivery apps (Zomato, Swiggy). They also offer room service for lunch and dinner (not included in price), the food is very good especially for the price. Service: Great service from all staff, they are very friendly and always willing to help/answer questions. They also booked us a cab to the airport which was affordable.

I don't usually write long reviews but this place deserves some recognition. I am not sure why it is rated only 2 stars, I have no complaints. It is probably the best you will find at this price range. If you have an international flight, or even a long layover this would be your best bet as it is only 10-15 mins away.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Naaz Executive. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size, clean and tidy. We had our meals at the hotel restaurant and they couldn't be faulted. Throughout our stay fruit and biscuits were brought to our room. If we missed breakfast we would receive a call asking if we would like it brought to our room. The hotel is situated down a side street off the main road which is where a lot of businesses reside. Across from the hotel where residential flats, we would often sit and watch the locals going about their daily life. Highly recommend Hotel Naaz executive for an authentic Indian environment and stay.

Wonderful hotel, new and very clean. The owners and all staff are very friendly, they help a lot with all questions and requests. The hotel is close to the airport which is great for people with an early morning flight (like I), but bad, as the location is not the best one and as a single lady you do not feel very safe on the street. Food in the restaurant is very nice (dinner).

Location as described above. Other guests were very disturbing - but this is nothing the hotel is responsible for. Kids were running around on the floor, screaming out loud and even rang my door bell - as I had an early morning flight and had to leave the hotel at 4.00am, I went to bed at 10.30pm and tried to sleep - no chnace because of these neighbors ... :-(

This was my second stay at Hotel Naaz in just a couple of months. The first time was a single night when I was arriving late into Mumbai and this made an easy stopover before moving to my main hotel the next day. It's very close to the airport, but I didn't notice a great deal of airport noise. That they sent a car to get me (thank you for the nice welcome to Mumbai, Irshad!) made it a really great point at which to land. On my second stay, I came with a friend. We were staying in Mumbai for just two nights before transiting out of India, so it made sense to stay handy to the airport. We both had good stays in our rooms. I had my own tour guide--a guide I had met when here on my first visit--and the hotel booked a car for me for the day. Irshad again! That was a nice treat. Irshad handled the driving while my guide friend arranged the where-to-go-and-what-to-look-at bit. The hotel offers some complimentary refreshments to make your stay more comfortable. The included breakfast just down the street was certainly sufficient for our purposes. If I'm transiting through Mumbai again in the future, I won't even bother looking for a different hotel. Hotel Naaz is my place.

Breakfast served in another Hotel of the same group, less than 2 minutes walking distance. It was OK, I have it only once, but Hotel Naaz Executive team every day was serving a Fruit & Cookies basket to the room at no charge and it was great! Design of the room, all materials and finishing was nice, clean and accurate. Shower clean, water supply stable and hot water available anytime. Airport transfer was very fast and well managed Hotel's clean car with enough space for the luggage. All Hotel team members were very friendly and supportive.

Traffic and surroundings. This is not a problem of this Hotel, but of the whole city. Higher class hotels also cannot offer answers to these two questions. As far as I understand, the process of improving the city's traffic conditions is in the implementation stage, but as long as illegal buildings and spontaneous shops along the roads remain in their places, serious improvements cannot be expected.

We needed a transit hotel for Mumbai airport between flights and this little gem was brilliant. It’s about 15 mins from the airport and provided a very smooth pick up service by Mr Irshad who was really chatty and pointed out things of interest. The room was immaculate, brilliant white bedding, a great wet room equipped with toothbrushes, comb, shampoo etc and a well stocked mini bar containing soft drinks. We were also welcomed with water and pomegranate juice and a fruit plate and cookies. The room had a fan and a/c and was very quiet.

This hotel far exceeded all of our expectations!! We were collected from the airport by a very lovely driver who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. We were welcomed with drink and fruit on arrival and there were so many complimentary treats as part of this room! Exceptionally clean and the staff were the friendliest we have encountered having stayed in 2 other hotels in India both 5 star. They work exceptionally hard to deliver a great service

We didn't get a chance to explore the local area but wasn't a very touristy place so may be better to take the hotels advice on where to go!

Great hospitality! The hotel staff provide an excellent service, I have stayed in multiple hotels in Mumbai before, also in 5 starts, I received the best service at Hotel Naaz. Considering the hotel category/price I can highly recommend the hotel. The AC was silent, the rooms very clean. It is close to the airport, unfortunately also for Mumbai standards in a rather dirty neighbourhood. There is a terrace, ideal for smokers. Alcohol is not allowed to take to the room.

All was good
