Clean room. Clean hotel. Breakfast good. Good location, close to airport (but nothing around the hotel)

-It says "restaurant " in the prescription, not true, only dining area where you bring your food or order food. -rooms very tiny, no place for all my luggage -hotel manager does not have sympathy to go above and beyond in customer service, for a small urgent favor I asked.

Ankush Yadav is a gem of a person in the reception and Deepanshu Sharma in the management is also very helpful. Initially I had little problems with breakfast which was very poor and basic packed in unhealthy plastic cartons non food grade but Deepanshu handled everything and solved the breakfast issues for my long rest of the stay there at MYOTEL. Other than this everything was very good and I had a comfortable stay.

It is a good place to stay with friends and family, moreover located in the prime location and services provided were best... surely will came again and stay here. The are is very secured and posh locality. I recommend every one to stay in this property. wonderful place to live in and excellent hospitality...

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean. Location is very close to both the metro and train station.

I saw the other reviews and was a bit apprehensive but the room I was in was clean, it had all modern amenities and I really can’t complain for the price.

Took a while to get hot water but that was the only complaint. I didn’t want it that hot anyway since Mumbai is quite warm

Hospitality, room cleanliness and staff kindness.

Water logging in washroom , may be due to heavy rainfall. Secondly, Breakfast was not included in my booking at this cost. or it should have option as well to select breakfast.

Myotel Santacruz ka stay Bahut hi smooth tha. location airport ke super close hai, aur staff toh seriously kaafi helpful aur friendly tha. Room's clean aur comfortable the perfect for work and rest. Definitely recommend for business trips.

The price is so reasonable for the given rooms. They are so clean, beds are comfortable and not hard like other cheap hotels. Location is close to airport and easily accessible by ole or uber. It is beautiful and so clean also.
