It was very clean. Bed and linens were good and comfortable. Washroom very cleanClose to US consulate.. If you have visa interview scheduled, go for it without any second thoughts. Hardly 1.5 km by walk. Has good food options. Complimentary water bottle is given daily along with tasty complimentary breakfast! Location wise Kurla station is about 1 km and bandra terminus is 3 km away. Just the fact that they provide towels only when asked, and room service was a bit slow at times. Staffs are however extremely helpful and polite. All kind of commute easily available at doorstep. Location is great! 📍

Basic toiletries should be provided apart from soap. Towels should be provide without the need to ask for it. Lady at the reception can be more polite ( otherwise all other staff in general were very great and helpful).

Breakfast was really good and well prepared. Portion size was good, although it was open to take again but under vigilant eyes and notice of the staff employees. Room was clean and staff was friendly and cooperative.

We didn't like the location and surrounding area. Although the hotel inside are clean and presentable but the hotel is not in a nice locality. It was very close to the US VAC center and was the main reason to book this accomodation. Except the location, it was a pleasent stay. Room was supposed to be with 2 twin beds as we were three adults, we had given a twin bed with a extra mattress. When asked to the hotel management, we have been told that room with 2 twin beds will have one bed plus extra mattress on request. Which is misleading to persons who are booking online.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the US Embassy so its very convenient to move around back and forth from the US Consulate.The rooms aren’t too spacious but its very cozy and all the basic amenities were there. Its a good place to stay if you’re waiting or going for your US Visa interview.

There were lots of mosquitoes inside my room and i dont know how they get in as my window and my door were closed all the time.

The staff were very kind and did not charge extra for a delay in check out. My parent got late from the visa interview at US consulate and the hotel manager was very cooperative. This means a lot to us and we are thankful for such thoughfulness. We will surely stay here whenever we are back in Mumbai.

Very friendly staff. Good location for Visa appointment stay. Seamless check-in - checkout experience. Hotel is clean and room works just fine for 2 people. Restaurant is just below the hotel which is an added advantage. Kurla market is in walkable distance for quick shopping. Wifi speed is really good.

Breakfast has very limited options. If you are traveling by car, parking is a little pain.

I had a comfortable stay for my visa interview, it is quite near the US consulate and the receptionist Ms Komal was extremely helpful and cooperative. They provide comfortable single large beds in rooms with quick room service on a call. Overall a nice option for at a decent price.

The room was clean, the bathrooms were great and the whole room was well maintained.

Everything in the inn was great except for the included breakfast.

Proximity to the location and staff was quite helpful and went above and beyond to help my parents.
