GREAT PROPERTY, ACCESSIBLE LOCATION, YUMMY FOOD WITH MULTIPLE BREAKFAST OPTIONS, STAFF IS SO POLITE AND COOPERATIVE WITH QUICK ON CALL AVAILABILITY. HOUSE KEEPING ALSO DID A GREAT JOB IN TERMS OF ON TIME CLEANING AND BEDDING CHANGE.. I STAYED FOR 5 DAYS AND 6 NIGHTS, OVERALL I GIVE 5 STARS TO IBIS BKC HOSPITALITY AND STAFF FOR MY COMFORTABLE STAY.. I HAVENT FACED ANY ISSUE IN STAYING.. WISH IBIS TEAM ALL THE BEST!!! I DONT KNOW THE NAME BUT THE CHEF WAS ALSO A NICE HUMAN WITH SUCH A POSITIVE GESTURE WITH GUESTS. HE PERSONALLY INTRECTING WITH GUESTS FOR THE BREAKFAST FEEDBACK.. THATS A GREAT GESTURE.. GOD BLESS HIM!

JUST NEED LITTLE IMPROVEMENT FOR GYM AREA.. WOULD SUGGEST TO ADD SOME MORE EQUIPMENTS FOR A BETTER WORKOUT SESSION WITH A BETTER ENGAGEMENT.

The staff were simply outstanding. Very helpful, always smiling. The rooms are compact but well appointed, with all the faclities. Very smooth check in and check out

Though the location is listed as BKC , mumbai, its just about adjacent to BKC at best. Also, its location is listed wrongly in Google maps and does not take you to their location. I spent a good 90 minutes getting there from a wrong location, thanks to Google. The breakfast was quite adequate, without being sumptuous. They could add more fruit to the breakfast menu. On the whole, a good stay.

Good breakfast options, very courteous staff.

I had selected this hotel based on earlier experience with Ibis/Novotel where personal driver was able to stay with the car and had access to a dorm/facilities. In this case the hotel did not allow my family driver to stay with car even for parking - so I had to spend additional to arrange for driver accommodation and a safe car park. I understand the property rules, but it would really help if it was clearly mentioned on the booking page.

Location and courteous staff.

More vegetarian variety in food menu for in room dining. I understand its fixed at the whole chain level for consistency but for travelers like me who stay for many days, it gets boring very quickly.

Hotel's location is good. Right on the main road. Property is new. We got a nice room with a view overseeing the airport. We could see planes landing. Room was very comfy. Not too large, just the adequate size. Room service and cleanliness is excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good. Overall a very good experience.

Food menu was standard as in all ibis hotel but taste was very good unlike other ibis I stayed. It's new property. Interior of the room are soothing and pleasant.

Room service could little faster and accurate. Missed to deliver my laundry on time.

Had a very comfortable stay here at Ibis. The service was incredible. Any request made was met within a couple of minutes. It was nice to see the management greeting us always with a smile. We felt welcomed. Thank you.

This is a meticuliusly run hotel. The empathy and attention to detail of the staff, oversight of the managers and the modern facilities are all exceptional. I recommend them highly.

Nice clean rooms with good amenities expected from a business hotel, good parking and decent size bathroom

Very repetitive and monotonous breakfast , only Indian breakfast option available

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff, they treated me very well. Everything was clean, the food was delicious.
