The junior suite was nice and spacious. Duty Manage Mr. Ajinkya was a gem, he took effort in making our stay special and most importantly was empowered to take decisions to fix our situations.

Except for the Duty manager Mr Ajinkya rest all staff were very ordinary. If you have issues at room, the reception would take it up and somehow they manage not to fix it!. The message never goes from them to the respective teams, somehow i felt there is lack of collaboration with teams or fact that none owns up the responsibility and accountability of tasks!! But it was very awkward that i had to go bac to Mr Ajinkya and when he takes it up the job was done! Need to also mention that the Pondicherry restaurant served us 1400Rs Tea in mugs, types that one can buy at IKEA!! they expected us to dine, but we just wanted tea and that is the condition in which they got us at our table. I missed taking a picture of it! :)

The location and staff were a big highlight. The staff would go above and beyond. The breakfast was a bit busy and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The last morning was probably the only day that the staff delivered in terms of service. It wasn’t bad overall but not top notch on the other days

The fact that it was sitting around the corner from a slum - probably something unavoidable in Mumbai but as an international hotel your corporate social responsibility department should be helping the most disadvantaged groups especially the children of this community

They are very communicative right from the time I made a booking with them. They immediately welcomed me by sending me an email. And they always reply quickly. In the email they explained for whatever they have in the hotel. Mentioned all restaurants, let me know what time they open and closed. And the amazing part is that they have a beauty salon so I don’t need to go outside to get my hair done. Spa also open very early which is good. Few hours after checked in they called in my room just to check up on me. The room is super gorgeous and clean. Every time they see me at the lobby they always greet me by calling my name which was amazing.

Breakfast was awesome, rooms were comfortable Puyi in housekeeping is fantastic!!!!

Breakfast service staff was inconsistent. There were days where flagging down service personnel was difficult. I noticed that Mondays staffing quality was superior to wednesday where it took 20 minutes to orer and receive cup of tea. Also, it was embarrassing to see tea served in small "cutting" chai format in a property like yours. The glass is too hot to handle and when it is cool enough, tea is cold. Of course mugs were available on request

My mum stayed here and unfortunately she didn't get to enjoy the hotel as she fell quite Ill, but what I can say is that the staff were absolutely amazing with her! They were super attentive when she initially called to say she was not well and kept an eye on her and tried to help her throughout! I'm really happy that she picked this hotel, because she was alone and had lovely staff to make her feel safe when she wasn't well. She has previously stayed here before and said it's a lovely hotel and said the hotel was very nice this time too.

It was a pleasure staying at the Sofitel BKC here in Mumbai. Firstly, the rooms are quite big and give off a very elegant vibe (not exactly my cup of tea) and I’m sure a lot of people like that. The gym is modern and even has the Kinesis machines, which are one of the safest machines to workout on. I am not sure I can say enough good things about the food. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the wide variety of options to choose from. Lots of healthy options to choose and their biryani was spot on (hats off to the chef for that). And lastly, this hotel would be nothing without the staff. They are the heart and soul of this place and I want to thank them for their excellent service. Thank you to Pawan in housekeeping, Mahadev at the concierge, Mayur, Ravindra, Ayushri, Prasad at the restaurant for making this a memorable experience. It was a great experience overall, and I would recommend this without any reservations (you should make one though)

I think it would help if they had more experienced personal at the front desk as it was a hassle for me to check in.

From the moment we reached we were welcomed wamly. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Pawan and Prathamesh who made our stay comfortable. The Pondicherry café staff (Ayushree, Kunal, Sunaina, Shefa, Vikram, Tanmoy, and sous Chef Abhishek) were very considerate and catered to our special requests beautifully during our long stay. We felt treasured the whole time.Kudos to Shane (in room dining) for his cheerfulness and exquisite service. Our gratitude to the guest relations staff who made check in/out seamless (thank you Janvi for the exceptional service, the daily talks and the beautiful gesture on our last day and Khusboo Saxena and Mr Rakesh - @ the concierge). I would definitely recommend this place and we hope to be able to visit again soon. Merci beaucoup!

tHE STAY was very good and our purpose was met. After check in everything was fine.

The lady staff at the check in desk seemed helpful but was not. We had a prebooking and I knew the estimated cost of one nights stay ie. 17000 plus tax approx 20000 plus breakfast for 3 6000/-...totalling to 26000. She told me 36000/-. On questioning the cost she then told us to pay 26000/-.I felt it was unfair for an employee of sofitel to behave like that.

Stayed one week in Sofitel in Mumbai. I had a very early arrival, and asked the hotel in advance if there might be a chance to have my room ready earlier than standard check-in time. They were kind, so it took me just about 1 hour to wait in the lobby before my room was ready. The selection of meals at breakfast was very good. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Hotel staff do their best to make you happy virtually in any aspect.

Most of the staff was very nice . when inside restaurant all servers were very polite and prompt in serving with smiling face as if we were Anyways all went well .

At the entry of restaurant the girl received showed that she is doing favour by allowing us inside .it did not go well .
