The room comfort, although relatively small, I got everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the pillows too. Breakfast was satisfying. In general, a clean hotel.

I was very surprised that they didn't allow early check-in, when they had plenty of rooms available. I had written to them in advance and they told me that they would do their best, upon availability. When I got there, I had to pay 50% of the room for checking in after breakfast (I was tired and needed a rest, so I paid). The price was very high due to a trade show, so 50% was not a small addition. And, the room was obviously empty, if they let me in after payment. Not professional at all.

We've been living in India for the past 1.5 years and have stayed at many different hotels during this time — and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences we've had so far. The standout features of this hotel are its cleanliness and comfort. Everything was spotless, and the room was very well-maintained and cozy. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety — including options that would definitely appeal to European travelers as well. One unexpected highlight of our stay was the hotel's Italian restaurant. We had originally planned to eat elsewhere and had even looked up other places, but decided to give it a try — and we were so glad we did! The menu was impressive, and the complimentary starters were a lovely touch. In fact, we ended up returning on our last evening because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and proactive. The room was spacious and well provided. The Club facilities were great; the service very good. Check-in was a little delayed as the room was being prepared but the staff made sure were comfortable in the mean time. The small buffet and cocktails in the evening were a great way to unwind. The staff were very thoughtful and responsive to any request. The in-housing dining was very good and served promptly and very well. Check out was also very quick and efficient. The location is just outstanding if you have any business in the area; the facility is excellent as well.

I booked a stay at the Trident Hotel BKC mainly because it was the closest hotel to the VFS Norwegian visa office—but what I ended up experiencing was something far beyond just convenience. From the moment I stepped into the grand, serene lobby, I felt a warmth and welcome that instantly put me at ease. I arrived before the official check-in time of 3 PM, but the receptionist greeted me with a smile and assured me they’d try to get my room ready within the hour. Krunal, one of their staff members, kindly offered to call me as soon as it was ready. It wasn’t just a routine promise—it felt genuine, like they really cared. About 45 minutes later, I walked up to the reception again but saw it was quite crowded. I turned around, thinking I’d wait a little longer—but then something incredible happened. Aayush, the duty manager, noticed me from a distance, left his desk, and walked right up to me asking how he could help. When I told him I was waiting for a room, he immediately picked up the phone, made a call, and within minutes handed me the key. That small moment felt huge—it showed they were watching out for me, even when I wasn’t expecting it. The room? Immaculate. The corridors? Spotless. The entire property radiates elegance and calm. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine—fresh, hot, flavorful, and prepared with so much love that you can taste it in every bite. But what really moved me during my stay was the people. Their service is something I’ll never forget. No matter what we asked for—through WhatsApp, over the phone, or in person—not once did we hear a "no." They never made us feel like a bother. Instead, every request was met with kindness, urgency, and a smile. I’ve stayed at several American 5-star chains before, but never have I experienced this level of heartfelt hospitality. From the moment you walk in to the moment they close the car door at checkout, you're treated like family—respected, cared for, and seen.

Nothing 10/10 for everything

We are in fact overwhelmed by the overall ambience, warm welcome, all staff or the whole Trident BKC team right from well-dressed Doormen, Reception where Mr. Lucky won our hearts by all means, Coincerge, at the breakfast and kitchen Chefs, too in general and the team at the Clob Floor in particular. The Trident BKC was pleased to upgrade our Room to the Club Floor which was to our utter surprise. Such a gesture on their part was feather in the cap. At the Club Floor, words are not enough to praise Mr. Shubham and Ms Komal for walking and extra mile in rendering extraordinary services. Even Mr. Lucky arranged pickup and drop for us to where we had to go during our stay, since it was heavily raining which makes them the icon in hospitality which shows where they have set the benchmark. In short, the Trident BKC has left no stone unturned. It has given us a thousand of reasons to fall in love with ! Thanks again and again Trident BKC !

One would find no reason to bring even a triffling thing to the notice of the management... And this not exaggeration at all !

club lounge access facilities were good .club lounge staff was very polite and excellent. house keeping standards are excellent ,amenities too. loved the high tea as well. all the staff are very polite and excellent and their grooming stds uniforms are especially very neat and crisp always. can't say the same thing for FRONT office reception and C/O counter staff. the duty manager took care of my concern and shifted us to a better room. really appreciate that gesture. we would definitely stay here again.

front office reception staff, long check in procedure ,had to stand for 25 mnt s at reception for a check in. I was the only one standing for check in.My mother being Sr citizen was very tired. the male staff who did check in was extremely slow and silly. I was so tired after long flight.being a club room booking ,we were supposed to be seated at club lounge and get the check in done. but it wasn't followed. also for airport pick up, travel desk sent wrong instructions which was very confusing.

Great-best in India. Great hospitality especially in club lounge where Pranav was very attentive and knowledgeable of what is doing.at O22, Aditya really took care of us and suggested amazing delicacies.

Invoicing and front desk team need to be more agile and attentive. There was a mistake in my invoice that I raised. Initially it was brushed aside by the host, saying “it is already taken care of” while it was not. Krunal then intervened and he investigated thoroughly and solved it. He is amazing.

Very efficient check in process. The restaurants are good. They provided drop facility to the VAC and US consulate, which was extremely convenient and made the purpose of the visit a breeze. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping staff quickly brought everything I needed. They provided more than enough towels in the room and they were extremely well laundered. The in-house bottled water tasted good, mini bar was well stocked… It’s little things that other hotels are not delivering these days. This property really puts the guests’ needs first :)

The hotel was very clean and because it is close to the airport, it is very suitable for business trips. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, and anyone from anywhere in the world could find their favorite breakfast in a section of the buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and when we asked for early check-in, they did their best and invited us to use the breakfast buffet even before check-in. They prepared a suitable room for us at 9:30, and I have rarely seen a hotel that cooperated so sympathetically for 4-5 hours early check-in.
