I loved the view you get from there, and the common areas.. they also have a bonfire, and a big menu for food and drinks! the staff were amazing and very helpful! overall really nice vibe and big nice place!

the dorms could've been cleaner.. they are clean.. but not amazingly clean.. I think for the price it's worth it.. and outside the dorm everything was clean and nice

Everything was super awesome just excluding price. Price was more due to new year rush but the normal price it would value for money.

Considering how cold it was almost minus temperature m, they should provide atleast one heater in one room in dormitory as well. Also, heater in the bathroom were not working at all. There should be 1 bathroom per room.

Vibe of the place is awesome..decor is lovely and lively. Common area, both indoor and outdoor, are well lit & artistic. It was also about the fellow travelers, it's a place to make friends. There are swings and hammocks for a lazy morning or afternoon..lovely property

The location is a little far from main town and conveyance is not too convenient..unless you have a scooter, in which case, not so bad. Kitchen in house is disappointing, but staff are really friendly and nice. It's next to residential property so there are restrictions after 10 so party has to move inside the common areas..

The place was exceptional and the owner a passionate artist with a huge lab in carpentry and the common room was magical with lot of space, pool table, carrom board and even a movie theatre - not sure why they were having no movies though.

It was super cold with no heating system or possibility unless you went to the small reception with just one stool to sit upon and a gracious staff to allow you there. The beds would be dreadfully cold. Luckily i had sufficient warm clothing and socks and a sleeping bag and so i survived comfortably. Accessibility to the common rooms was also not easy especially if it is raining or cold winds are blowing.

They have plenty to do like pool table, cinema room, lots of outdoor seating.

The app process, you have to download an app to use to get food, unlock your room ect… being a uk citizen my card wouldn’t work and it became a pain to get food ect and it was quite far from the lake.

The facilities are really good. We stayed in the 6 people dorm and in the private room, and both were clean and comfortable. The common area has many games and it's a nice place to relax. The staff was also nice - we had a minor inconvenience with our bus and they were helpful.

The food wasn't particularly good. Since the hostel is located at a 10/15 min walk from the mall road, I think they could invest in better quality food with fresh ingredients. That being said, the hostel isn't that far from the restaurants.

It was our first time at the gSTOPS and I am happy to share it was one of the amazing stays i have had. Pradyumn hosted us and made sure we were comfortable enough and arranged the bonfire for us despite heavy rainfall, making the trip a memorable one. I loved the fact that the good was prepared keeping solo travellers in mind and worth the rates. The place has a good vibe overall. Can't wait to try another locations. Thank you so much.

I personally felt the food options werent much available.

The property is very good. The location is very good. The property is easily accessible with own transport. I am unaware of the public transport access to the property. Either you can walk to, or reach by auto/taxi. The location is great. The View is great. The property has ample in-campus parking. The food can be ordered in the property itself. The food prices are decent. Not too expensive. The facilities in the property are great. They have a dining room, pool table, and they also even have a movie viewing room - which is highly uncommon for a hostel. Overall, the facility is fantastic. If you are a solo traveller, this is one of the best places to stay in Nainital.

From Nainital bus stand to gostops it took more than 2 hours because gostops toll free number not working. In staying time, unlocking door not worked in GOSTOPS app & every time I need to call reception people.

Beautiful view from the property. Polite staff. Separate conference room for people on workation.

They serve mostly ready to cook frozen food . Their were families with kids in the dorm, had a lot of issue with washroom(they were mostly dirty), and their were lot of noise in the dorm. Go stops should pay attention to the above points.
