We had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was also good at their restaurant. The location was not so bad but yes it's a little congested to go to the hotel. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay. We are happy with what we get in the price we paid.

There is no fan in the room sometimes we need it when we come from outside especially in the afternoon.

The staff was too cooperative .The way the rooms were designed so creative and the wooden furniture all together .No doubt clean washrooms .

It was quite far from main Nainital bus stop.Moreover the place was bit untidy and the blankets they provided had some smell.The Internet was not working properly even the wifi signal was too weak .The price was bit high according to that.

you have to be pro driver to reach this location if coming by your own car. rent a 2 wheeler from hotel if not comfortable driving car.

Everything was good. The room was clean. Worth the money.

Just location was two inside. If anyone wants to locate this hotel then search aum hotel which is near raj bhavan and then ask any local for G.V. shri hotel they will let you know the location.

The food was awesome in breakfast buffet and in dinner. Staff was supportive. Cab service was good and in reasonable price.

The hotel is located at Ayarpatta Nainital near to Tiffin top tourist attractions. Large room with good hot water and heating. I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the hospitality and friendly staff of the hotel. Rented scooter for Rs.550 as hotel is 2km uphill from the lake. Breakfast was filling and was great. Food was very reasonable priced with great options.

Weather was bad unfortunately.

Staff was nice, clean rooms and washroom.

No kettle provided in room. But staff provided hot water when necessary. Location is a bit far from Lake. Walking would be a slight issue, but can rent scooter from hotel itself

The food , environment,staff,service , cooperation,room and behaviour was the best in India . It was very pleasant amazing experience in the hotel.The manager and and his nephew was best .

The rooms were clean and well managed.. It was worth it. The location was easy to track from the mall road, tallital bus stand, just book a taxi or hire a scooty. The staff was good and the food was also good.

Just required more hot water to take a bath.😂
