My 5th stay here was exceptional, thanks to Duty Manager Mahima's outstanding service. She personally handled my late checkout extension, provided excellent dining recommendations that kept us dining in-house, and showed genuine care throughout our stay. Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond. This stay felt like home due to Mahima's leadership and the team's dedication to guest satisfaction.

Our stay was a great experience as always. We have been returning back to this property for years and it has been a gratifying experience. Here are some highlights: Front Desk - The front desk team managed by Rizwan along with Akshat, Alish, Pranay and Ruchita have done a great Job by providing excellent service including upgrades and shown flexibility with late check outs. Housekeeping - Bhupendra, Nii and Tannu are the best housekeepers and they give attention to smallest details. Restaurant - Siddhesh, Prakash, Mohsin, Taufir, Tejal and Nishant have been very attentive and exceptional. They ensured that our recipes were customized as per our needs. Siddhesh took extra efforts to provide customized menu. Restaurant has taken bold initiative to serve local fish this year.

Seafood served in the restaurant is often stale and expired. Please play attentive to food quality for seafood. Restaurant staff and chefs are very good , but leadership needs to pay attention to food quality and ensure seafood served is fresh. Dispose seafood after specific # of days else it can cause health issues.

Loved the vibe and location

During check in the staff could have been more supportive in helping with my aged mother . Procedure and paperwork is all fine , but when ppl are paying upfront for their stay then pushing them for a addrsss proof for the second person here and now is too much . I gave PAN Card of my mother and my own addhar card , it should have been enough for admission and I said I can give the address proof later . But the front desk person kept insisting kept asking for a tone to submit , that ddnt seem helpful at all . So a customer pays the entire money upfront , waiting to check in , given a address proof of one of the guests and that’s still not enough ? Hotels are not law enforcement agencies are they ?

All the team were very professional in their respective fields well dress well mannered attractive personalities and very pleasant it's give the willingness to visit again and again My only complain is that they have charges me for 4 nights check in on 23rd December 2024 at arround 4hrs30 and check out on 26th December 2024 noon

The hotel has a very good spread of breakfast and anyone from any part of the world will always have something to eat. The food was delicious and well spiced. Staff were highly friendly and responsive.

The property is under renovation but overall property is very habitable . I believe once this is complete there will be more choice on cuisines . I cannot pick out anything I really did not like.

Excellent service by housekeeping staff and restaurant staff. Professional and prompt service by Front desk staff - Alish, Pranay, Rizwan, Akshat and Ruchita. Diligent service by restaurant staff, Siddhesh, Prakash, Mohsin and Nishant in customizing requests for gluten free meals. Admiration for folks at the hotel entry and exit who help us load and unload our luggage. Keep up the great work !

Business center is always noisy because of background music and lobby area. Need it on separate floor in a quiet area.

This hotel is a gem especially because of its staff. They make the place special. I would like to applaud: 1. Nikhil, Akshat, Ankita and Rizwan for their diligence and professionalism - they assigned me the best suites that helped me run my business meetings ! 2. The Restaurant staff - Bulbuli, Sohini, Mayuri, Sachin and Siddhesh - they were outstanding for making stuff available at breakfast and dinners ! 3. The Housekeeping staff - Sheetal and her team - keep the suites the cleanest ! 4. The Security team at the Hotel entrance - they are always willing to help with you bags and they rock ! 5. The Interns - this hotel has the best student staff - Khushi, Jahnvi, Vedant - hope they join the team soon !

The hotel does not serve local seafood. The hotel needs to serve more of local fish and support local businesses for sourcing seafood. If you don't support local seafood businesses, then who will ? Setup an example for others to follow.

We flew in from San Francisco to Mumbai to meet family and also for work. Great property and exceptional service provided by the staff ! We got a room on the higher floor which had a good view. The room size was also decent and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and had a kids section and a jacuzzi section. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is adjacent to inorbit mall, and min walk to vashi station. The staff is very decent and friendly and do their best to make ur stay comfortable. The hotel is a little expensive but worth staying, and I would definitely stay again.

More lights should be there to make the room brighter, if needed. Why does the bathroom not have a latch to close the door?

The staff was really very helpful &very very nice. The room was clean n well maintain. The location is superb as we get every single thing on spot.

The breakfast menu needs to be revised for 10days same menu is boring & it's not value for the money we paid. Some floors are quite slippery which can b very dangerous. While booking it's mentioned king size bed when actual we her normal bed. Otherwise our stay was very good
