Everything was good, it was a new property, I hope they maintain it well. The room size was decent, amenities are provided on ask. It was difficult to find the hotel given there's no board at all and the map drops you somewhere else, they should really put plot no on the app. The other point which was quite off was that I had agreed for early check in before booking the room at a rate, however when I reached the hotel early morning, the staff asked for double price than what was agreed. Obviously I had no other place to go so I had to pay and check-in. So make sure if you're agreeing something, do settle that in advance, else you'll end up paying more at the hotel out of desperation.

I had the pleasure of staying at South Ex Residency Boutique Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is also ideal, tucked away in a quiet area yet close enough to enjoy nearby attractions. The personalized service and tranquil setting made my stay feel special and rejuvenating. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique getaway with top-notch service, Family Suite is the perfect choice. I would definitely return!

The location is very close to the Metro station which was a real bonus for us. The street is pretty quiet at night as it's in residential neighborhood. The apartment is large - we were in a family room. Good WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed. Some reviews reported difficulty with taxis finding the place. We didn't have that problem but there is no hotel sign and it looks like an apartment building. See photo for reference.

We stayed a few weeks prior and all was fine. This stay we were short towels and the sheets felt very strange - maybe soap not washed out? Also the sliding door to the balcony does not lock. I think it would be more appropriate to call the place an apartment than a hotel as it doesn't provide typical hotel amenities.

It is a good location--near big shops (mainly high end) and restaurants, etc. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean.

They need to put a sign outside the gate with the proper name. We were thankful that a staff person was apparently looking for us to come, and was outside the gate to point the way inside. They don't have a secure place to put luggage--we were catching a 9 p.m flight, they said that we needed to check out by noon, and we could store the luggage in the parking area (it has a camera), but the area is not at all locked. And if someone steals anything....who has time to stay for more days to sort out what was seen on the camera?

This is not a hotel first of all but a B&B not sure of the breakfast part..as we did not use..However the shared kitchens are good new and well equipped.. New property, very clean , friendly staff Homely atmosphere The details listed in the booking.com site were not there for example there were no heaters in the room but staff provided them on request..the property is still getting ready so most of the problems we had would be solved by the time you read this review.. I am still giving 9 out of 10 for the cleanliness and friendly staff.Hope the place stays as clean like this during our next visit Thanks for the complimentary tea f. Elevator was not there but being installed of course.. The property is in a good location but no signboards with the name of hotel..So found very difficult to find out and navigate or ask someone directions The description of the property and room in the booking.com site should be exactly as it is..Hope they correct this.

It was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect for family with big kids so everyone could have their own space. We did not have a car so we were looking for a place that is in the center of the city. This was about 2 minutes walk to the south extention metro station . Bus stop was just outside the front door and the street had nice restaurants around. The building is a bit undescriptive and kitchen was missing coffee filters, no tea or sugar,

my massage to the management were not answered. Washer was broken outside the unit. I wish it was closer to the center of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a super hotel in a very pleasant - and very quiet - courtyard off the main street in South Delhi. The location couldn't be better, and as someone who enjoys a bath this had one of the best baths I've experienced - a real touch of luxury. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped, and the overall experience was great. There are also plenty of shops nearby for stocking up on groceries if you want to self-cater.

Super clean, modern, central location..

Had to ask for a lot of things specifically - towels, water, etc. It wasn’t automatically placed. And it would take them some time to come with the things. Service was a bit off, we stayed for over 25 days but there was no special consideration given. they moved us to another floor in between our stay which was inconvenient. When asked for late check out, they weren’t keen on giving it despite staying there for 10-15 days or so.

Very clean, very nice staff, the washing machine and dryer offered on terrace was a bonus for us. Some rooms might have offered the machines in the room though. The cafe the receptionist recommended around the corner, Day Break Cafe, was awesome, and the mall next door was very convenient including a grocery (the coffee stand inside the mall, Shall We Coffee, is same owners as Day Break)

Everything was great and far exceeded expectations. Just a great experience. Highly recommended Staff, whether at the reception, the restaurant or cafe were all fabulous and so friendly The breakfast was great, with many healthy options, fruits and drinks The location was great, near the Hauz Khas Village, green Park Market, , performing arts academy It was also near restaurants and cafes.
