Personal who took our luggage to the room he just was concerned up to the tip ,took his tip and did not care to my requested service, the Lobby manager does not say welcome or Namestay but moves like a owner of the Facility and felt different than VIVANTA where we stayed in Bhuvneshwar, and in ITC Maurya we stayed after this Hotel. Your staff does not easily pickup phone and when phone was answered it says no vacancy, or pick up and they quote very high price, but I found at the same time ,online lots of availability and price reasonable on line than the ridiculous price lobby manager quoted me. Lobby manager seemed unhappy that he had to honor my booking.

I was in Delhi for a conference. The room was comfortable with a desk for working and a view of the local area. The breakfast restaurant was good with a egg station. It also doubled as a cafe for lunch and dinner if you didn't want to use the main restaurants on the first floor. There was also a Tapas bar. There was a bakery shop with magnificent cakes, slices and desserts. The pool had day lounges under cover from the sun. There were a couple of fairly lavish Indian weddings in the function room and poolside during my stay. The lady's saris were amazing with so many beautiful colors.

Not a lot except whenever we arrived back (by shuttle bus from the conference) we had to put our bags on a screening conveyor and be screened. It seems all the hotels in Delhi screen all people entering the premises.

The restaurant is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! The duty managers Jiten and the night manager were amazing - thank you for being so kind!

The first floor rooms were not my favourite but when we changed rooms to a few floors above - its was SUPERB!! Clean, spacious and comfortable

we like the rooms. Hotel is in a convenient location. Also, we liked the breakfast and its timings. Housekeeping was very good, friendly and addressed the issues quickly.

Lunch and dinner were expensive. Swimming pool access was not there. Room cooling was insufficient without the fan.

Location is great, easy check in and good breakfast options

Front desk staff were not so friendly, a bit wore out fittings , and the swimming pool closed. Also the late check in check out mentioned on booking.com is based on available

Rooms were good size and comfortable. Good choices good and staff very accommodating.

We were unable to use the pool area, picked the hotel because it had outside areas but was not told it was closed until beginning of March.

The buffet breakfast was awesome and the staff couldn't do enough for. We were treated like royalty

The carpets on level 4 where we stayed smelt musty and could do with a good clean

Overall a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the amenities expected from a 5 star hotel

The cost that is being charged for being 5 Star hotel is not justified. Compared to other 5 star hotels which give superior accommodation and experience it still needs upgradation & improvements.the room I stayed ,the washroom shower was not working so couldn't use. Menu in breakfast is not so elaborate with only a limited options. Overall it's okay.

They provide us rom with two single bed. And they didn’t provide room with a double bed even after making request .. and tea was almost not hot and they charged for the same even after assuring not to charge cost of tea .

Absolutely everything 🙌 it was absolutely fantastic I cannot recommend it enough 👍 If you come to New Delhi it’s the place to stay
