The staff is very courteous. We travelled with our 4 year old and they cooked us perfect non-spicy food for him. This was the first time our kid loved a meal outside his home so much. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Food was great too! The room was basically a suite with 1 living + dining space and a very spacious bedroom. The balcony attached had a swing(which the kid loved) and had the open view of the lake below the hill. Also had a small play area for the kid but wasn't as well kept.

The balcony is only paritioned by some garden pots so basically there is no privacy. On the second morning an elderly gentleman from adjacent room strolled onto our terrace, not realising that it as a private space. Parking space is limited but we didn't have any issues. The play area is only for the name and has barely space for 4 people to be inside at a time. Also, we had some issue during booking, the booking link was supposed to deduct only 50% of the total amount but it showed entire booking amount. We paid all upfront, but the hotel had no information about it. Took a day to sort that out.

Location of the property is good with all rooms having clear valley view. Would recommend to go for Rooms with balcony. Staff is very courteous and polite. They serve only vegetarian food with option of Jain Food also.Quality of food is excellent So it's ideal for all vegetarians. Though breakfast spread is not that big but it is very tasty and sufficient. Parking space is also available.

Didn't liked allowing pets inside the restaurant. Hotel authority must stop guest from bringing pets into dinning area.It is very unhygienic allowing pets inside dinning area.

Our experience with Miraya hotel was really good. Stay was pleasant and the weather ensured it would remain throughout. View from the rooms or restaurant is awesome. One can enjoy it even better when it rains along with a slight wind. This gives a great view of clouds moving around. Rooms were specious, neat and clean. Staff was really humble and always ready to guide or help. Nearby locations are Bhilar Waterfalls, Bhilar Village (Bhilar Book Village (पुस्तकांचं गाव) - Satara Diary), Mapro Garden & Sydney points. Other points are also nearby with 45 minutes to 1.15 hour drive depending on traffic conditions. Food was good with options like Punjabi or a bit of continental. Breakfast options were good. To order different types of dosa was something rare. They can add some local Maharashtrian dishes in their lunch or dinner which might add a variety than normal Punjabi food.

The view of the Miraya High room is incredible - the Dhom lake is clearly visible and you can watch the sunrise from bed! Even more than the view - the STAFF. My initial interactions with Shubham and Pankaj at the front desk were very pleasant and they were even more helpful and always smiling in person. At breakfast (in the hotel’s restaurant), Dhiren bhaiya was incredibly sweet and helpful and David sir whipped up amazing things at his live counter every day! I’m vegetarian so I loved the food anyway, but I can’t imagine anyone not loving their breakfast - at least two fruits and many other options every morning. They had amazing variety and different options every morning (three) we were there. And finally, the housekeeping - I didn’t get anyone’s name but nothing was too much trouble for them (hairdryer, iron, etc.) and they were so quick with everything and always smiling. The STAFF makes the place a five star property!

The rooms were clean - except under the bed and on top of the closets. This is something most guests will not discover, but when you travel with cats, they get everywhere and trail dust from every corner. The bathroom was pretty small, dark and gloomy, and not well laid out. While breakfast was amazing overall, it would be nice if they included one fresh juice and the option of black coffee. They would keep a carton of juice out and hot milk to make coffee - no hot water, although I’m sure they’d get hot water for anyone who asks. Finally, the hotel allows pets, but is not pet friendly. A pet friendly hotel would have beds with no gap below - my cats kept hiding under the bed and were difficult to get out when it was time to check out.

Miraya hotel had one of the best views. We had booked room with balcony and it was totally worth it. The room and overall property was kept clean. The staff were very helpful and gave prompt support. The food was amazing with reasonable pricing. Overall I would rate it 10/10.

Terrific view of the valley from the hotel. The food was excellent like home cooked meal. The staff was exceptional and room service was very prompt. Overall an excellent value for money.

It was a decent room with a terrace, however there is not enough privacy on the terrace as the rooms are adjacent to each other. They should accept all forms of payment including international credit or debit cards.

1. The Hotel is at really good location and has a direct view of valley 2. This hotel has really good and delicious food. Even in Jain Menu I got all the varieties in breakfast. 3. Rooms are really spacious and my room also had the attached balcony with direct view of the valley where I could visit sunrise. 4. Other facilities like Water Geyser, Bed size, etc were really good. 5. Staff members were really polite and helpful.

1. Room Kettle was burnt from inside and thus was not of any use. It was giving the burnt taste in water. 2. The toiletries were limited.

Breakfast served in Miraya had various options for all age groups. I did not have to worry about breakfast for my daughter who is 5 years old. Also, the staff members were courteous.
