The hotel is small but well maintained. We requested for an early cheekin in. It was given without any hassles. Rooms and wash room was clean. Staff is courteous and always willing to assist..swimming was clean.. Hotel is centrally and all attractions as within walking distance. Car parking was available. Restaurant serves amazing tandooris and kebabs. Must visit place in Mahabaleshwar

Best place if one is looking for reasonable accommodation with good facilities & staff, right in heart of Panchgani market, so completely safe to stay in case one is travelling alone.

Some rooms don't have even a small window for ventilation, others which do, there was lot of noise from somewhere outside.

Hotel is close to the market. Staff was very cooperative. They have a pool and a restaurant on the premises. Food is good.Hotel was neat and clean. Owner was receptive of our needs,response was prompt and positive.

Rooms are a bit small. Meher Cafe has shifted out. On the price front Seems slightly pricey.. Nothing much to complain.

Absolutely sweet staff! Kind and always ready to help, they were very pleasant hosts for the weekend! The location was central in the town so easy to visit locations. The restaurant down below was pretty good. Meher Cafe kitchen made a decent Salli boti for a lovely dinner. Awesome coffee!

The room had no windows so it felt a little claustrophobic despite being a 'deluxe' room. We asked if there was another room but apparently none of the rooms had windows? Wondering if that's a fire safety hazard maybe?

The location was Excellent especially if you are travelling by Bus. Its in the centre of the market very easily accessible Staff were helpful and cooperative

Toiletries were not fully provided such as Shampoo

The place was very clean . The staff was very helpful and complied with a smile. We reached early morning and check in was given to us. The place is centrally located . The rooms were very clean.

Reception staff I think Priyanka & Suraj both were very co-operative and with smiling face. Priyanka helped me to book sightseeing vehicle. Breakfast was not included in our tariff. However we took breakfast in our hotel. It was very tasty. Kitchen staff was very polite & helping nature. Rooms and hotel area was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Onella Regency. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to friends & relatives. Thanks

Clean room with basic amenities- Air con, TV, fridge and kettle. The hotel is easily accessible and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The door locks could be better. It's really difficult to open the door . Lot of noise from the kids playing by the pool. Sound proofing the rooms might help

Must have the mava cake from their own restaurant. Rooms, playing area, pool, chilling space everything was on point. Only rooms were not as spacious as shown, rest everything was fine.
