It is nice property, very well maintained and has good amenities. Breakfast and meal spreads and presentation were fantastic! Highlight of the stay was excellent, friendly and customer oriented staff. Full marks to them. Special thanks to guy named Dama who took care of the poolside serving. Location is great overlooking the valley and serene environment.

Internal structure of the property is a bit complex and one takes time to understand how to navigate between the passages and floors and amenities. Taste of food has a potential to improve, although it was up to the mark.

Location was best. Ala Carte food is served so good. Chef bhatt and Ganesh are very polite and serve in finest way catering to your taste buds. Hotel staff was polite and always helpful . Rooms were spacious and nice. Pool side view was amazing. Our rooms were upgraded and we felt lucky

Only point is that they can change their breakfast buffet. It is bit repetitive and boring.

From the time we reached the property, the staff welcomed us with a hot towel and welcome drink which felt great and refreshing. The stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The pool has an amazing view and there was also a games room to unwind. The rooms are decent sized with a small balcony. The washrooms were basic but clean.

The parking should have a covering to protect the cars and prevent them from getting overheated during the day and the hotel should have a limited night menu to cater to late night food cravings.

Location 10/10. Breakfast is good. Ample parking space. Polite and co l-operative staff

AC in room was not functional for entire stay. Humming noise is prominent outside the room including balcony. Restaurant rates are on higher side

It was wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness was at best, food was Delicious. On demand they accommodate fast breakfast item as well. We had pleasant stay and Basit our duty manager helped us and upgraded our stay and made our first anniversary extra spcial.

Amazing and serene view. We had a relaxing stay. hospitality is top notch. overall stay was very good. highly recommended for friend ,couples and family.

Limited menu, not much of a choice. Though service was good ! Otherwise the property is excellent with huge parking and a relatively calm location.

The in-room dining facility is very poor with a limited menu and very few choices. With this kind of limitation, the price seems to be on the higher side. I would love to revisit if this gap is filled.

Perfect location, overlooking valley. It is away from busy interior of Panchgani or Mahabaleshwar. Adequately spacious garden. Good food. Food is slightly on expensive side but I liked quality and cleanliness.

They are hosting a fortune teller inside the premises. The guy demands unreasonable amount promising solutions to speculative problems. Worst part was the hotel staff at the restaurant almost guided us to the fortune teller.
