The location is amazing. The staff is also polite and understanding. Rooms were clean and everything in the room was working as intended so they have maintained it well.

I'm used to sleeping in semi stiff beds and the beds in this hotel are super soft. The same goes for pillows as well. Because of this, I had back and neck pain during my entire stay. Tea/ Coffee included in the breakfast was subpar especially compared to the food they were serving or what one can get on street side stalls. Both the problems are personal preference and not a deal breaker for most.

They upgraded us for free and were very accommodating. They helped us plan and communicate with drivers. The place was very clean and well maintained. The facilities were all good.

The location. For the first time, it is difficult to locate it, even with maps. But once you find it, it becomes easy. But overall, it is closeby to everything you would want to see in Pondicherry.

Although while booking it was mentioned that “ No Advance Payment” But I did get a message from hotel asking me to pay 50% advance payment, otherwise my stay will not be confirmed. This was quite disappointing. Finally i had to make advance payment.

Loved the stay at Treebo Trend Aaravi, The rooms are a bit small but comfortable, bathrooms are clean and specious. And yes It is a walkable distance from the railway station. Sajid and Shiva from the reception, both are very helpful in terms of providing info and support. They will arrange the rental scooter.

The rooms are a bit small and good for only 2 adults and kids. There is not much space for movement or sitting and relaxing..

This hotel is good value for money. Clean and confortable rooms. Friendly staff. On-site car parking I travelled for a specific reason, and the locations I wanted to go to were withing walking distance

The towels provided in the room had seen better days. Wish they could have provided better towels

The attraction are near by and located with in the limits. The hotel breakfast was really good.

There is no refill of hand wash and shampoo in the room I stayed. It would have been more good if they have check it before the next guest arrive.

everything was good, the restaurant has got some exceptional tasty dishes, cook has got good knowledge of North Indian items too..the restaurant staff is very kind and helpful

restaurant serves the same breakfast, although the taste is very good yet they should serve different menu everyday to avoid becoming boring and uninteresting

We liked everything about the property from the location, cleanliness, ease of checking-in and responsiveness of the staff. Will stay only at Aaravi Residency again. The lighting and location of plug points is one of the best ever come across.

Nothing, the parking space is a bit squeezed in but highly manageable.

We travelled to Pondicherry during the Aug15th Holiday. The hotel staff allowed us for a early check-in and the staffs were very cooperative. Although the price was very high because of the holiday season but we had a very comfortable stay

There was no problem with the property but I booked from booking.com and it didn’t show complementary breakfast option and it was written that breakfast can be included after going to the hotel but hotel staff had no information about it.
